Not good Not bad??Posted May 29, 2014
Location: There wasn't many things to do near by AT ALL. Except for the Discovery Park of America- Which was the reason for our Trip- We went there Monday.
The hotel was not a wow experience. But was fine for our one night stay. I searched for a hotel in the area with a pool so that our 4 year old son could swim.. We went down to swim shortly after arriving to the hotel and the Air in the pool room was not on. It was extremely hot and humid in there. The front desk's only help was to tell us that the maintenance man was off that day and no one else could turn the air on in there… I was really confused. Why would they turn it off, after all it was a holiday weekend? At any rate, Our room's air conditioner didn't seen to work very well either.. We were so hot during the night. The room was clean and the breakfast was okay. I think next time though, I'll do a little more research and find a different place to stay.

My daughter was moving to Martin for the spring semester and we stayed two nights in the hotel. The hotel is across the street from campus and convenient. It was clean, updated, and the beds were very comfortable.

The Room was clean, but some areas of the Hotel needed cleaning & mopping. There were some dirty floors (Elevator), walls & even doors.

There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Nice indoor pool, breakfast, and comfortable beds.

Nice Hotel, Thin Floors!Posted Apr 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was better than other reviewers reported in terms of fit/finish and breakfast offerings, HOWEVER, the floors are so thin as to make adjacent guests sound like a wildebeast migratoin!
