"Beautiful, clean ,near all public transportation!"
Loved the hotel and the staff. They gave us a free room upgrade so we were on the 19 th floor. Had a nice view of the city. Yes, we could hear some noise from the city, but it is to be expected if you stay in the middle of the city. we were treated very well. Didn't buy the internet package, we were on vacation. Didn't need it! They gave us a complimentary pass to the fitness center. That was very nice, but we were just to busy exploring the city to use it. All I can say is this hotel is very, very nice. They made us feel very welcomed, were very helpful and made you feel special. Its location is near all the major forms of transportation, the cable cars, public transit ect. Rooms were very clean!!! I felt very safe walking from Union Square to the hotel. We did not rent a car. You can get all over their city using their transit system! Loved everyday we spent there. would go back again.

Flagship stores ring Union Square, among the vanguard of West Coast retail. Chinatown begins at Grant Avenue and Bush Street, while Gold Rush-era mansions crown Nob Hill. South of Union Square, the convention center area includes the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Cable cars turn around at Powell and Market streets to head back to Fisherman's Wharf.
