Very pleasant considering circumstances I was worried about my stay based on previous reviews, but my overall experience was very enjoyable. The bedroom, bathroom was clean, the staff wasn't the friendliest but they were not rude either. It was the cheapest and thus most affordable, I would consider staying here again.

great location close to restaurants, shopping I travel for a friend's graduation and it was excellent despite the surprise of the weather changes the hotel and staff was delightful, I forgot a garment at the hotel and all I did is call the customer service at the hotel and they send my garment to my home in L.A. the next day. Thank you ...

Better then expected This hotel was very affordable compared to most in the area. We were scared it was going to be a dump. It ended up being great. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Rooms were small and had no air conditioning but very clean and comfortable. The location is great for cable cars and other public ...

Nice place but more expensive than Expedia shows. There was an additional urban tax not shown on Expedia. Parking was also an additional $60/day. Staff and service were great. Lobby had strange smell. Room and bathroom were tiny with very little storage for clothing. There was no refrigerator or ...

Centrally located in Union Square Staff was amazing. Hotel is dated but all rooms are currently being renovated. Two issues I did not like, 1. Windows in room not soundproof, noise on the street was too loud and kept me awake for many nights. 2. Shower was too small, couldn't move around, took forever to warm up and had no handheld ...
