Other than having to pay $24/day for parking which I guess is typical LA, and the lack of a mini fridge, it was a nice hotel. Oh, and if you want to use a luggage cart you aren't trusted to do so yourself. You are required to use a bell hop which means tipping.

We chose this place due to its proximity to The Hollywood Bowl and the fact that we could bring our dog. The hotel was a cool retro style hotel, very clean, modernized, in a nice neighborhood in Burbank, and close enough to a dog park. Easy and affordable cab ride to The Hollywood Bowl made our night complete.

Blvd hotel has good access to the freeway, metro red line and stores. Its clean and quiet but the hallways are dark and not well lighted. The lobby is tiny with a adjacent bar that is sometimes noisy at night. The staff sticks strictly to business and is not very friendly ( I guess its LA ). They charge you for parking which with the room rates is a " little over top ". There is tandem parking and was blocked several times because we were instructed to pull forward when parking which seems to be not followed by all the guests. Overall parking situation is poor to fair. There appear to be no security just videos cams. The parking entry is on the street so anyone can walk in. Overall I would rate this hotel average +. Also, the cleaning was nice and responded to all requests.

You can never find a hotel like this at this price. clean room, nice amenities, quiet neighborhood. The only negative is.. they do provide breakfast but only few pastries&cookies, and a coffee vending machine. but there are nice cafes next to the hotel where you can have brunch.

I wanted to love this hotel- there are a lot of redeeming qualities- but long story short they severely need to secure & insulate the doors. We were moved from one room to another because of a loose banging door - every time someone would walk by the door would vibrate and bang. Our new room (on the first floor) was subpar in every way to our first (besides the banging) but we soon found out during the night we could hear EVERYTHING in the hall way- there are huge gaps around and underneath the doors allowing any and every noise into the room- and trust me there is a lot of traffic. We might as well have slept in the hallway it would have been the same noise level. Oh and the plumbing may need some work- the toilet barely flushed (I only peed and it would barely go down!) and later clogged when my husband used it.
