Very dated roomPosted Sep 24, 2014
My room was very dated, with decoration and furnishings seemingly from the early 1980's. Hotel obviously caters predominately for families with infants (to be fair the clue is in the name). It is located right on the edge of town, approximately a 30 minute walk into the town centre.

Charming and right at the foot of the ski jumpPosted Jun 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
Doris, the front desk staff was warm and professional. The room was clean and comfortable and directly in front of the ski jump. We were there in June but winter would have been perfect also. We had a deck at the front of our room for sitting out and enjoying the scenery. They gave us our own table in the dining room and the buffet was excellent. As a couple only we enjoyed the way the hotel staff entertained children - which added to our visit.

Excellent hotel for family. Staff are friendly, relaxed, well prepared for kids activities. Great location and good price. Go there with family.

Very Family OrientedPosted Apr 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was a very average hotel. The location right next to trailheads and the ski jump is a plus. Slightly above average breakfast. Wifi worked in my top floor room, but not in the dining area. It was pretty quiet, but I could hear every footstep of people walking in the hallway because the floorboards are old, I guess. Most of the guests had families (so the name makes sense), and many of the doors had stickers of Disney characters plastered on them, which I think is indicative of the quality of hotel you can expect.

Familotel means designed for families w/ childrenPosted Feb 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is setup for handling families with children. There are many activities for children both structured and unstructured. If this is what you need, this is the place to go. If this is not what you need keep in mind there are many young people of all ages doing what children do.The hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. The hotel has many intering photos of international ski teams that have used there facility.

There was no air conditioning and it was hot in the room. The service and cleanliness was very good but the hotel was old and needed some attention. The beds were comfortable and the staff excellent. I think that the price was a little high for the condition of the hotel but other than that it was fine. A fan in the room would have been really nice!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Quiet location even if a bus ride from city center. Would stay there again.
