“Thief owner wants cash for payment! No parking, 10 am check-out!”

On a busy road, no parking, tiny shower and bathroom, early check-out., wanted cash for payment, left some expensive clothes behind due to pressure to vacate at 10:20 am. Owner would not allow us to retrieve and also overcharged us by 50% over stated price!
