Hotel and facilities were good. Strange food option in the restaurant night one, super expensive (for what it was). A buffet that couldn’t really be put together as a meal with saucer size plates. Very strange.

It was awesome. Staff was super friendly and had a lot of info about the area. Breakfast was great and cozy seating. Very quiet. Small supermarket right next door.

The property is located near the old shopping district which we discovered on our last evening at the hotel. If you’re planning on dining at the hotel restaurant, schedule your table in the morning as the restaurant takes reservations and you will likely be turned away if you just show up for dinner without one. The restaurant food was excellent and served within 10 to 15 minutes. The rooms are a bit small, but provided everything we expected. There’s plenty of parking at the hotel and the hotel provided a free bus pass for our stay.

Budget hotel.
This hotels was of a poor standard and not what i would have expected from a Mecure Hotel brand. The carpets were torn and tattered. The curtains did not meet to block out the light. the beds were uncomfortable. This is almost certainly not a 4 start hotel. Breakfast was fine but once again there appears to be a lack of staff. This is a poor hotel and once again been given a rating that far exceeds it standards. Once again I question how these hotels obtain there star rating and how hotels.com verify that rating?

This hotel is over priced for the terrible stay they offer. Ass soon as we walked in the lobby it smells so horrible of cigarettes and the front desk staff was not very helpful. I was initially told parking was included with our hotel fee only to be charged for parking and another local tax at checkout. Our room was very tiny and the beds were so hard. The pillows were a joke. I am embarrassed by the amount of money I spent for such a terrible stay. Never again and I absolutely would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was, "Meh". For the cost of $250.00 per night, there's much better options. Breakfast was great, the room was small and the bathroom was smaller. The front desk staff was friendly. You can't justify the cost for the size of what was given. Also, the walls are super thin, so you'll hear your neighbors and their kids...ALL NIGHT LONG.

Will not return. I tried to be more understanding because of the COVID challenges, but there were problems that are not because of COVID safety. First, parking is terrible. There are not enough spaces near the property and no control of who parks there. I witnessed a few groups parking and walking to restaurants or stores. The underground parking structure adjacent to the entrance is not for hotel guests. Had to park off property one night. Then they have the nerve to charge for parking, which was not mentioned in our reservation. Restaurant on site would not seat you for dinner unless you made a reservation. Should make concessions and plans for additional hotel guests to eat. Really disappointing.

Where do I begin?Let me start by saying that this is NOT a four star hotel. It’s more like a two. Check in information was non existent! I had to go to the front desk three times to get my guest card. This is usually standard operating procedure when you check in. The room’s carpet and chair were stained and disgustingly dirty. The minibar was not stocked yet the price sheet was there. There was one lousy pillow per double bed. One bed was a regular bed and the second one was a cot with a sheet thrown over it. Four stars?? I don’t think so! We couldn’t get the shower to turn on without placing the shower head in the tub itself and the water temperature fluctuations were severe enough that you had to move quickly or risk getting burned!When we arrived after a long day of travel we wanted to purchase some food but were told that NO food service was available. They just offered a buffet at 6. However, the breakfast buffet was terrific and the only 4 star part of the entire stay? Additionally, they are greatly short staffed in their housekeeping departments.Three days when we returned mid afternoon our room wasn’t cleaned. One day we waited in the hallway and the other times we just switched out the towels as we wanted to nap after a long day of hiking. They should learn to respect their guests privacy as well. One time the girl just entered our room without knocking and on another occasion she entered even though there was a Do Not Disturb Sign on the door. Very disappointed!

The breakfast was very good for European hotel fair but the daily housekeeping seemed very basic during our stay and the water in the shower would fluctuate between hot and room temperature.

Most staff courteous. A couple at the front desk were quite rude. One guest had no heat then electrical issues and the lady at the desk was so rude to him I almost said something.
