サービスはいいが設備は古い

Pros: ベッド,タオル類はMarriottスタンダードで快適.
Cons: 設備が古すぎる,リノベーションの時期?
Location: アップタウン周辺のショッピングセンターが近く徒歩圏内,食事等には車がなくても困らない.(結局他へ動くには車が必要なのだが.)
フロントデスクなど,ソフトの面でのサービスはMarriottの標準だが,設備が古すぎる.洗面所からは配管が誤ってるのか,お湯がでなかった.部屋は標準より狭い.WiFiはMarriott標準で課金があるし,朝食もけっこう値段がする.周辺にある新しいホテルのほうが格はさがるが,快適に過ごせると思う.ただ部屋代相応とも言える.

We had a great stay. The gym was very well equipped. The bed was comfortable.

Great for one person on a business trip...

Rooms are so small! No mini frige! Staff is great. Room service prices are outragous. Will stay here again.

It was nice but no indoor pool usage

Pros: the customer service was nice
Cons: having facilities functional that would have been nice.
Location: the location was nice and near things to do
it was nice i was just disappointed that the indoor pool was not functional during m,y stay that was a big reason why i booked the hotel because i had my kids with me so that was not good if i knew that i would have booked a different hotel.

Not worth the money

Excellent location in uptown ABQ.

Pros: Location; reasonable rates.
Cons: Rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable.
This is great place to stay if you're new to ABQ.

Do not be fooled! Unclean and outdated!

I will never stay here again! The parking situation is awful, enjoy parking far away from the only entrance in the winter weather. Our room was not clean. The shower curtain had mold on it and there was a corner of the bathroom floor that hadn't been cleaned in months (or more)! It took more than 5 minutes to get hot water and there was a very, very fine line between scalding yourself and having no hot water at all. Needless to say, I got burned several times trying just to have lukewarm water. Oh and don't expect the amenities listed on this site to actually be in the room.
