I would definitely stay here again. This is a small upscale hotel located in downtown Palm Springs between Palm Canyon and Indian Canyon Drives. It is very well maintained and the staff was quick to please. We stayed in room 225 and it was a little noisy late at night due to the businesses located on the street level facing Palm Canyon. I would probably request a room facing the pool area. I especially enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas on the second level overlooking the pool. This was a nice place to relax among the outdoor fire places and comfortable upholstered seating.

The hotel staff were very friendly and laid back. Check-in was fast. Breakfast was simple but sufficient (you'll want to try full breakfast at one of the many nearby restaurants anyway, including Cheeky's). The pool was clean and a great size, although seating in a sunny location was hard to come by when we visited.

"A little gem of a place; great staff & facilities"
Very pleased with our choice. Great value, very comfortable and well maintained place and nobody hassling you all the time for drinks as you rest by the pool. Very good quality restaurant on-site was a nice bonus. Liked everything about this place- but they could use an upgrade on the beds. Liked that they had fans in the bathroom we could keep on as white noise.

Just thought I would share with you all how wonderful our experiences have been here at the 7 Springs Inn. My wife and I found this hotel a year ago after going to many hotels here in Palm Springs and have now stay here many weekends since. Once we found the 7 Springs Inn we finally felt like we were home. The staff is so wonderful and very accommodating, the grounds are very well kept, also there rooms are very clean and bedding is outstanding. Free WiFi and kitchen well equipped Very close to downtown Palm Springs with many good restaurants and bars and lots of shopping. Also the hotel is very close to many great walking/hiking trails.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m., I was surprised when the hotel called at 1:00 p.m. to tell us our room was ready and we could check in anytime. Nice. The desk clerk was friendly and gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us to our room. Nice, again. The room was decorated well and the bed and linens were comfortable. Good little continental breakfast provided outside in the morning. We are going back next month.

I had a great stay at this hotel. My room had a balcony that overlooked the 3 mineral pools w/a view of the mountains. Staff was great. There's coffee sold in a little place in the lobby and it's good and fresh. There aren't coffee makers in the room, which I thought would be a drag. I was happy though, since hotel room coffee is usually very bad. The cafe's coffee was good and they have pastries, yogurt and snacks.
The location was perfect for the Thursday night street fest, casino, restaurants etc.. Free hotel airport shuttle.

We came up for Gay Pride and were welcomed right away. The staff directed us on what clubs might be hot and where to get good free parking. I left two items in the room upon leaving and the staff made sure to get my stuff to me as soon as possible - on them!

This is a great place to stay. If you are traveling with family. Very clean unit. About 1000 square. Ft. 2 bd and 2bath. Hotel staff very friendly. We really enjoyed having so much space for our family. It is also the most reasonably priced place in all of palm springs. I will definitely stay here again.

Tranquil oasis just off Downtown Palm Springs, Art lovers will appreciate the " round the corner" access to The Palm Springs Art Museum. Marvellous intimate surroundings, fabulous furnishings. Superb breakfasts and a early evening glass of wine with appetisers before a short walk into town for dinner at one of the many restaurants, make the Willows the only place to stay. Be aware that the building of a large new hotel nearby does impact on the total peace during the day, but nothing that would prevent me recommending it wholeheartedly. March 2014
