“Urbana Stay Jan 19 2012”

The staff was friendly and accomodating. When I showed up, they did not have my reservation, but found me a no-smoking room at the rate I expected. There was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke in the first floor hallway. The stairways to the second floor were filthy and in need of repair. The room was average clean, but you could tell they clean the open areas only, with little attention to vacuming around the baseboards or frame of the bed. Poor water pressure in the shower. Complimentary breakfast was OK (coffee very weak).
