Pros: Quiet place.
Cons: Customer service. No parking valet. Parking lot is across the street, no guard service there.
Location: A few restaurants at 4/6 blocks away from hotel.

4 night stay

First time at this hotel because my preferred hotel was unavailable. In a residential neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and near the river, close to airport. I requested a room facing the back, except there was a wedding at their conference facilities and my balcony was right above it. I was too lazy to ask for a room change and just left the TV, the noise lasted past 3am. Ask when you check in if there's going to be an event and get a room facing the street because there's hardly any traffic. Nice buffet breakfast available until 11am. They don't offer washcloths in UY. Parking for 4 guest cars only, otherwise you park on the street but they have a security guard all night. I couldn't connect to their wi-fi. They have 2 desktops in the lounge you can use for free. Rooms have a large desk, very small closet, laptop size safety box, no iron/ironing board, no coffeemaker.

They need to be nicer and to be more acomodating with their customer. Each time you ask for something it is like you ask for a miracle...

Don`t stay at hotel cottage

Hotel was well out of montevideo the location was rather inconvenient and there was not much to do. Staff were unhelpful, spoke poor english. Computers were slow. There were ants in the room and the fridge. Spa was cold.Breakfast was never on time. Need i say more?
