Hi, Tom. We remember you. It was great to have you with us. We appreciate all the criticisms and try to be always better. Usually people want to cook at the same times, so it really is necessary to wait in turn to cook. It is a Hostel kitchen, and for everyone to enjoy it, you must have patience. We are in Uruguay and a lot of people do not speak English, it's true. But it is also true that many guests do not struggle to speak Spanish, which is the local language. But two other volunteers speak English. Communication was never our problem. We're sorry you felt frustrated.

Ana, primeramente sentimos mucho que no has salido satisfecha de nuestro hostel. Entretanto tenemos que aclarar algunas cosas: aqui es un Hostel y los huéspedes deben ser responsables por sus pertenencias personales. La voluntaria dijo aconsejó que podrías dejar de un día al otro, lo qué paso en tu caso fue que dejasteis 2 días en el salón común, y pasado todo este tiempo no has encontrado la bufanda. Puede ser que pasó un mal entendido y alguien haya llevado por engaño, no ha como saberlo. Acusar de robo es una cosa séria, a parte sin pruebas reales. Con relación a la reacción de la empleada, ella tiene un horário de turno de trabajo a cumplir y mismo que fuera a las 8 am, no era su turno. Sentimos mucho por el transtorno y esperamos que tu próxima experiencia en Hostel sea mejor. Equipo Chic Hostel.
