Don't book this hotel!!!Posted Jan 6, 2014
Traveling with 2 babies, arrived to hotel booked months in advance to spend New Year's Eve to find out that it was closed. We were forced to move to another hotel of the same company "Las Hayas" which was full and accommodated us 5 adults with 2 babies in the 2 rooms available which didn't meet the standards originally booked: no bay view; no penthouse suite, extras outreageously overpriced. Service was slow or nonexistent. New Year's dinner was definitely below standard and crazy overpriced (the "show" was mediocre, food barely ok, self-service, DJ repeated songs within 2 hours, ran out of champagne of low quality, etc). Hotel staff made some efforts to compensate us but this was still one of our worst experiences ever worldwide.

Pros: The quiet. Pacefully,the landscape.
Cons: The brekfast. The customer service.
Location: Not to far from down town. GO to Martial glacial, end of the World train, ,Tierra de Fuego National Park, beagle Chanel.and the pinguin
Good hotel,.....but the brekfast is terrible, very bad, not Good quality and no variety. Bad service very bad.
