We loved the beautiful Property right on the beagle channel. The resort is so restful and beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. Spa great, beds comfortable and on and on.

A great location and beautiful! For us it’s perfect, we took Uber to downtown which was very reasonable. The view from the hotel is amazing, especially from the dinning room.

Chemical Smell
Hotel and service is amazing; however, they decided to fix the carpet and there were a terrible/strong smell of a chemical that caused a headache and nausea. We were not notified of this work. We got there from our tour and all windows were open because of the smell, not to mention that there was a heavy rain/air and we needed to be in our coats/jackets because of this. We reported our concern to the front office and the answer was that they needed to repair the carpet and didn't expect that smell. There were cero communication to the guests and not an apology at all.

Good stay
Nice staff, good food and not in the center of Ushaia. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle downtown or to the dock was good although not necessarily on time. Pool and hot tubs/sauna were nice to have handy, and fitness room had everything necessary right down to a TRX. One problem is that explanations of excursions are not very clear unless you speak fluent Spanish and the concierge knows the timing and length. We were told that a boat trip to the penguins was 4.5 hours, but it turned out that to get to the penguins was 4.5 hours. In rough seas it was an very long unexpected day. Even with threse problems, I recommend it.

Excelente experiencia. El hotel es precioso y está muy bien cuidado, incluyendo los protocolos de Covid 19. Maravillosas vistas al Canal de Beagle desde todos los espacios comunes. La atención del personal es excelente, todos muy amables. El spa también es fantástico, tiene piscina cubierta con salida al exterior y jacuzzis interiores y exteriores sobre el Canal. Inmejorable todo. Volveríamos sin duda alguna.

This hotel was simply incredible. Since we stepped foot on it the service and attention to detail was amazing. The tours the hotel offers are a must, specially the pingüinera tour (not offered year round since penguins migrate). The hotel uses its own transportation and even own boat. It's so exclusive and private that you won't stop feeling special throughout your stay.

Personeel was top. Ook de excursies via het hotel waren super. De superior kamer heeft voor mijn gevoel niet meer dan anders. Ook in de badkamer waren geen oorstukken, watjes of dergelijke aanwezig Het ontbijt was ook niet bijzonder Het hotel zelf is prachtig gelegen met super mooi uitzicht. Heel relax en wil je naar de stad dan heb je steeds het busje van het hotel beschikbaar.

Stunning and restful
The well appointed hotel is wonderful and delightfully restful with its spa and pool facilities. Refreshment at the spa include delicious apples and cool lemon and cucumber water, very refreshing and welcoming. We got an upgrade for free and had the mountain and water views that has sunlight from morning till sunset, blissful! The breakfast with various fruits are excellent as well. A very good stay indeed! Highly recommend anyone who want some quietness and stunning views and food.

Not worth the money I paid
it was not worth the money I paid for it. it's not a 5 start hotel which is what I thought I was paying for. the room furniture is outdated and very simple. there was a group of 90 staying at this hotel and it was loud, wi-fi was not working. Overall, the value is not there.

Great place to relax
I spent six days in a room with a magnificent view of mountains and Beagle Canal. Very clean, quiet and far away from the city. The hotel staff was great. No complaints at all. Food was great also the breakfast. All the excursión the hotel offers are a must do. The spa is something to enjoy everyday. The jacuzzi on the deck looking the white mountains. It’s a dream.... I would go back again to this hotel !!

Too far to walk, and no shuttle service at dinner
The only issue we had is that this hotel is quite a distance out of town. Although the hotel provided a shuttle service most of the time, it did not provide the service durning evening dinner hours. This then required you to either eat in the hotel ( likely why there is no shuttle service) or take a taxi in and back for dinner, which adds to the cost of your evening.
