Nice,clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Continental breakfast had many choices and was well stocked. After a long day driving, it was a great place to relax. Comfortable beds and quiet halls.

Lovely hotel, Lobby very open & inviting, beautiful colors, although only 3 stories, elevator made quick trip to room, nice decor on floor, very quiet, we had 2 queen size beds, 4 pillows on each bed, very comfortable, just a lovely room, nice sized bathroom, ate at the sports bar / grill next door, food was very good, liked the atmosphere, can't say anything bad about the experience, everyone was pleased with the accomodations, would definitely stay there again.

I WAS SO GLAD THIS HOTEL COULD ACCOMODATE MY STAY AT THE LAST MINUTE. THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. THE HOTEL AND ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND UPKEPT. THE ROOMS AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT VERY COLD AFTER RUNNING ALL DAY BUT IT WAS COMFORTABLE. OVERALL i WOULD DEFINATLEY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND I'M HOPING THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ACCOMODATE ME FOR MY STAY NEXT YEAR AS WELL.

“Boilermaker Alternative place to stay”

Definitely nice place to stay. Stayed here because all the hotels in Utica were booked up. Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Restaurant right next door was a nice place to eat, watch sports, down some beer. Turning Stone Casino located right across the street provided some entertainment and time to burn at night.

“Decent place to stay when visiting Turning Stone Casino”

My daughters and I stayed at this Fairfield Inn for just one night because we were attending a show at Turning Stone Casino. The location is ideal since it is just across the street. It's easy to get to, not a lot of traffic in the area (considering its location) and is a decent enough place to stay short term. Other than the Casino, I didn't notice much that the town had to offer (typical small town). I have just two minor issues with the hotel room itself. The bed closest to the window was way too close to the window...the only way you could look out was to be ON the bed. My other complaint is that the air during the night was very dry and stuffy. For the price and convenience I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to others without hesitation.
