Great hotel in between Boston and Niagara Falls

Posted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: Hotel staff was very pleasant and very clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a continental breakfast in the lobby.
Location: The hotel offers a shuttle to the nearby casino. There is a sports bar right next door to the hotel along with a dunkin donuts.
Hotel staff was very pleasant and very clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is a great place to stay if you are looking for a place in between Boston and Niagara Falls. The hotel has a continental breakfast in the lobby in the morning and there is a dunkin donuts right next to the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Nice hotel, but not for people who want to party.

We chose this hotel because it is right across the street from Turning Stone and is much cheaper than renting a room at the casino. It is a very nice hotel with very courteous staff. We were traveling with another couple and they were able to put us in rooms that connected, which was nice. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and the hot breakfast is decent. However, just an FYI - this hotel is very serious about noise. When you check in, they make you sign a waiver saying that if they receive a noise complaint against you, you will get a warning. And then if you don't quiet down, they will evict you from your room immediately with no refund. Also, they don't allow more than 5 people in a room at a time. This might be good news to some travelers (and of course I can see why they have this policy), but we were there to have a night away from the kids and blow off some steam with some good friends. Needless to say, we got a warning for noise. No other guests actually complained about us to the hotel, but the security guy told us it was too late and we were too loud. Considering it was about 4:45am when he came and knocked on our door, I think he was being very fair. Our friends quickly left and we quieted down. So if you're looking to party at Turning Stone and then crash at a hotel in the area, this isn't the best choice. It's a very nice hotel, but it's not for everybody.

Noise-free hotel!

Very nice staff. Free shuttle to Turning Stone - which is awesome. They will have you sign a paper at the beginning that you will not be loud - so in a way it's great because it's where you sleep. We went with another couple and have the room connected -- good thing we didn't have a bunch of friends hanging out too...definitely not a place you can have an after party talk with your friends.

no sleep

Pros: staff was professional, courteous, nice indoor heated pool,
Cons: the beds
this was the only hotel in the immediate area of turning stone casino that wasn't booked solid when me and my g/f decided on the spur to go to the casino, it was twice the price of some others , and the bed was hard as a rock, very uncomfortable ,.

Convenient Location for Visiting Central New York

Posted Sep 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is modern and adjacent to some dining options and across the street from the Turning Stone Casino. It is also very close to the the New York State Thruway. This property offered many free amenities including WiFi and breakfast. Staff was pleasant and professional. The only annoyance was the elevator. They only have one and it would sometimes take several minutes to arrive.
