Nice facility - something for everyone.

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean.
Cons: The facility is large and not enough signage to find your way around.
Location: Beautiful rural area.
It was nice to have a variety of restaurants on-site.

Early morning construction was terrible

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Cons: Construction should be performed after 10AM. Made for a terrible trip.
This was the 2nd time in a week I've stayed at Turning Stone's Tower. The first was enjoyable and the 2nd was much more disappointing. The biggest issue was the fact that they began construction on floor 19 (I was on floor 18) at about 7am. I was unable to fall back asleep and the front desk staff was less than helpful. Considering the issues with the construction I hoped to get a late checkout and try to get another hour or two of sleep however they were unable to allow that. Overall this will be my last visit to Turning Stone because of this experience.

NICE BUT

Posted May 30, 2014
Pros: THE LAYOUT OF THE HOTEL WAS VERY EASY TO GET AROUND.
Cons: THE PRICES HAVE TO BE LOWERED!
Location: THIS WAS N/A TO US.
THE HOTEL WAS NICE BUT WAY TO EXPENSIVE. FOR EXAMPLE TO USE THE HOT TUB IT WOULD COST 10:00 AN HOUR. WHILE GAMBLING I ORDERED A DRINK IT WAS 07:50 PLUS TIP. IN VEGAS THEY GIVE YOU DRINKS FOR FREE AS LONG AS YOU ARE GAMBLING.ANYTHING EXTRA YOU WANTED TO DO WAS VERY EXPENSIVE.

It was fine.

Youd think for $180 a night you'd have a microwave and refrigerator in your room. Negative! On top of that if you want to use the spa or exercise room it's $10 per day.

Not Vegas

Posted Apr 26, 2014
Pros: Clean, fun even thou I lost at gambling, had a nice time
Cons: Get some experts from Vegas to teach your management how to train the people to smile and be nice, not curt like they hated their jobs,
Location: Don't know and neither does the concierge!
There is no bell help at the Valet! They do ask if you need help by then you have your luggage out. Front desk slow, concierge really had no idea of the local attractions. Wanted info on the Golf Dome, told me took in the rack of info. I did and not much help so I didn't use it! The worst hyping is the bar at the top of the escalator, the hostess was short and not polite but the thing that killed the night, I was watching a baseball game while eating. A young man proceeded to change the channels so all the tv's in the place! I told him I was watching the game and his response! "My boss is doing an interview on Espn and told him to change the tv's". My comment was" does your boss have an ego problem "? To change all the tv's so we could see him is crazy and he needs to get a life.

Comfortable and Roomy

Posted Apr 18, 2014
This is the second time I've stayed at Turning Stone. I find the rooms comfort and roomy. Having a few friends in the room we could relax and had plenty of space to move around.
