“Great service, comfy rooms”

This is a newer hotel and the rooms show it. They were clean, nicely decorately and the beds extremely comfortable. They have an indoor pool and hot tub, both which were in good working order and clean. I highly recommend.

“Boilermaker Blast”

2 1/2 stars?? This place was excellent. Clean, updated, quiet. Staff was efficient and knowledgeable. Came for the Boilermaker in Utica. Plenty of runners there. Staff knew where to go, where to park, restaurants in the area. Great free breakfast.

Once again we found the Wingate to be clean, friendly, and a value during our travels.

Enjoyed the staff, pool, hot tub, cookies, and breakfast very much! Everything including room was just beautiful! Best place to stay in Rome!

“Very clean and nicely appointed hotel.”

The hotel was very well maintained and very nicely decorated. The staff was very attentive to our needs, even at the very last minute. The pool area was kept very nice and secured with a lock, similar to your room door lock. The continental breakfast was very well laid out and had a nice variety, between hot and cold dishes.

“Nice hotel”

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. There was a dance competition in the building next door so there were kids running up and down the hallway, opening and slamming doors until very late and again very early in the morning. The hallway noise is a bit extreme, they could have better sound proofing. Other than the noise there really isn't anything to complain about.

“New, clean, good value”

Pros: New hotel, internet access was very good, comfortable bed, everything working. Pool & Jacuzzi for those who use it. Cons: Fitness room is small, hot, limited to one treadmill, one elliptical, one bike, small and limited weight system. Why these hotels don't include a small bench and dumbbell and a fan always surprises me. Room did have water and towels however.

“OK hotel for business traveler.”

The hotel was fine for the business traveler if you don't need very high speed Internet connections. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

“overall nice stay”

business stay for 2 nights... good location and easy to get to. newer hotel and overall very pleasant and clean. did see a stain on my bedspread appearing to be blood which didn't make me extremely happy. other than that, I would certainly recommend!
