“Hotel Theater Figi”

The hotel was comfortable. The beds were strange. my son and I were traveling and the bed was 2 twin beds pushed together on one large headboard. Which from looking in other rooms as we passed they appeared to be all the same. So we pulled our beds apart for some room. On the weekends the disco was directly below our room so we stayed up till 3:00 AM till the fireworks and music stopped. During the week it was quite. Breakfast was included - we did not find this out for several days and it was very good. I would consider this hotel again for the next trip to Holland.

“Nice hotel, snooty service”

The hotel is nice, however, the quality of the stay is marred by snooty service. I suggest that they re-train their desk clerks on the importance of friendly service. My elderly mother left her walking shoes in our room. After multiple calls and two visits we finally retrieved her shoes. In addition, one clerk told me that breakfast was included. Another clerk told me it wasn't.
