Very kind staff and the room was quiet and very clean. Nice linens are always a comfort on business trips when you need your rest.
Television technology lacking. Old sets with poor picture. I’ve noticed on multiple stays at this hotel.

My stay was fine. However, they charged my credit card both Friday night and Saturday night for the full stay. The issue was corrected when we checked out. The staff at the front desk was outstanding and deserves recognition for how it was handled.

I waited 15 minutes and no-one was at the front desk, keeping me and one other guest waiting. Had to call the main number to get her attention, but no-one answered the phone. When someone eventually did show up (Shannon) she treated it like a joke instead of just apologizing.

We stayed in a handicapped room with a roll-in shower. The design of this shower was such that when you showered, utilizing the sit down bench, water flowed all over the floor, making a slippery and dangerous situation. Only 2 towels in the room were not enough. No floor mat provided. I spoke to the front desk person when we left about it.

We came in for a funeral and had several family members. We hung out at the pool in the evening and Melissa at the front desk was so Amazing. Thank you for letting us have a few giggles during this horrible time.

My reservation through Orbitz was 2 nights for a king room. They only had 2nd night showing in the system, not the first and couldn’t accommodate/didn’t have any king rooms available so we had to switch to a 2 queen room and they didn’t offer any assistance or support of the mistake on their end. Just sorry we have no Kings left.

I apologize for the issues you experienced while stay at our property. I will be coaching my staff in the departments where you had issues.
I requested a king bed and was told there were none when I checked in. New desk person found a handicap room with king bed but the shower floor was ugly. I had to stay in room with queen bed instead. I don’t necessarily need a king bed. I care that I booked a specific size bed and wasn’t able to get it when I got to the property.
