Charming old world ambiance, rooms were very comfortable, nice large bathrooms with radiant heated floors.Location is great, staff was very friendly and helpfull

“Exceptionally convenient Hotel”

This hotel was an excellent experience. It is well located, well run and well kept. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. My only comment was that the included breakfast needed some work. Oatmeal, waffles, pastry and fruit. The only egg was hardboiled. The food itself was fine. I would definitely recomend this Hotel.

The Austria Haus was a gem. The location in the middle of Vail made it easy to walk everywhere. The Continental breakfast was a great way to start the day as were the small details of making sure there was water to drink in the lobby to stay hydrated.

Great place! Convenient to everything in Vail. Fantastic breakfast and a wonderful wine/appetizer event on Monday night! Staff was always very helpful. Very nice fitness center and pool area.

“Very Comfortable, Quiet, Convenient and Romantic”

This is a quite lovely European style Inn with modern American amenities and a helful staff. It is conveniently located in Vail Village. Breakfast and the NY Times are even included in the resort fee. Two small complaints: I wish one could park one's own car instead of have the valet do it and I wish there were a bigger variety of eggs for breakfast (not just hard boiled).

This hotel and surrounding location were perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. Accommodations are staff were first class. Reserve a dinner at the Wildflower and dine outside, weather allowing. Will definitely plan a return trip!

“Old World feel with New World amenities!”

The best thing in this hotel is the service! Everybody tries their best to make your stay pleasant and it shows. The rooms are beautifully decorated with an old European style and everything is so well laid out that the room feels more spacious than it actually is. The breakfast buffet does not have many options, but the quality is good and the Waffle making becomes a ritual in itself. The distance from the Hotel to the Lifts is compensated with the use of the Hotel's Ski valet, which is very convenient and it makes the walk less difficult.
