Small rooms but adequate.Posted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: The view of the mountains and the work space.
Cons: The rooms remodeled with different furniture and compacted for the business travelers so there is more room to move around.
Location: Great Mexican restaurant nearby. Order the Rice and Chicken dish. Outstanding! Nice grocery store across the street with a great deli and Starbucks!
I visit this area for business. There are not many options for lodging that is reasonably priced. I enjoy Holiday Inn Expresses since they are consistent. This location has a non-existent lobby doubling as the beakfast area. There are nice large work desks and a comfortable desk chair in the rooms (I was in a queen double so a king may be different) and there is not a lot of room to move around. I can see where more than 1 person in the room would be cramped. Be sure and ask for a room that overlooks the mountains opposed to the side of the hill!

service made up for any other shortcomingsPosted Jun 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
For the type of hotel this is, it was great. I'm a little spoiled because I like a little more luxury but because all options in this area were comparable I chose this hotel based on ratings and pictures online. From the minute I walked in the door the service was fantastic. Employees were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small- the king bed seemed to take most of the space but it had a microwave and fridge which is actually more than many luxury hotels.

Everything was great except we heard noises from upstairs from kids running. Will book on 3rd floor next time

Layover during movingPosted May 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were extremely happy with our stay. Desk clerk helped us with detailed instructions on where to park our moving truck. The room was clean and quiet. The complementary breakfast was much more than we expecte, with a wonderful variety of food items.

Airport convenience.Posted Mar 12, 2014
The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is a plus. However, the lazy boy chair in each room is a bit gaudy.

An OK stayPosted Feb 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was small yet comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not hot (should have been about 100-104 degrees but was only 85-90 degrees. It was ice cold on Sunday morning and could not be used. We were a bit put off by the clerk very pointedly telling us that no smoking "of anything" was allowed. The breakfast was typical of most hotel breakfasts, although they did change up the meats. The eating area was small and did not seat enough people. This is a nice, comfortable family hotel but they need to work on that hot tub!

Clean and affordablePosted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: Room and bathroom were clean, breakfast was on time, staff was nice, and the parking lot was plowed. Only con: the hot tub felt more like lukewarm bath water than a relaxing spa.
