The air conditioning didn't work properly in my rm

I did though enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, sushi restaraunt and pup but I would have really liked free weights in the gym and an operating air conditioner in my room. My guess is the filter needed cleaned or changed but otherwise the staff was great and my room was clean. Halls are banged up from the skyers but overall I would come back.

Location: Excellent.
This is our second Holiday Inn stay in a month neither hotel had ICE ON ANY FLOOR why have an ice machine. In Colorado Holiday Inn the coffee pot handle was broken so when you picked it up coffee went all over, I asked for a replacement and got another broken pot. The elevator make so much noise we were afraid it would stop which it did and the doors would not open all the way. I know you all can do better than that.

Easy Access but Poor Condition

We stayed here while the pass was closed. The front desk experience was ok and given the amount of people trying to rent rooms when smoothly. When we got to our room it felt very small and the layout wasn't ideal. When inspecting the bathroom it looked as though a fire had been in the sink as a black ring was around the vessel. The beds were as hard as a rock. We didn't have a TV remote when we first got into our room and when we tried to call, no one would answer. All of the sudden, someone entered our room; apparently our reservation was not captured in the system and they double booked the room. This resulted in our key being deactivated and we had to go to the front desk to get them re-encoded.

Nice hotel with restaurants located inside. Only thing wrong is that the beds are a little too hard.
