Location: Excelente. A distancia caminando de los principales puntos de interes
Fue muy breve, pero encontré lo que buscaba. Lamento no haber tenido mas tiempo para aprovechar las instalaciones del Hotel y recorrer también sus alrededores ya que esta excelentemente ubicado

Not just for a winter stay - stunning in summer!

Pros: Staff, art, room with the balcony, flowers!!
Cons: Parking.
Location: Golf, hiking, photography, nearby towns.
The staff was excellent - from the valet to the front desk and wait staff, all experiences with staff were great. Several staff members complimented both the management and company and it reflected in their attitudes. Brittany (front desk) Rhome (valet), and Suzanna (sp? - banquets) were all wonderfully engaging and helpful. The grounds are well kept and the gardens and flowers were an amazing addition to our experience. The food was great - we had room service, restaurant and banquet experiences and all were good. Prices were a bit high, but understandable given the atmosphere. Loved the concept of the outdoor fires and s'mores. :) One slight negative was parking. I prefer self parking. A great hotel and would highly recommend it!

Nice resort

Cons: FYI - the tax is very high because this is a private resort town. This adds up in the hotel fees on top of the $25 per night.
Location: Hiking right outside of the hotel. Lots of shopping and little restaurants within the little town.
The building was very nice, but the room itself wasn't all that impressive. They did upgrade me to a 4th floor room facing the mountain. The bathroom wasn't the greatest - one of the sinks had hot water problems where after about 15 seconds, it would just be a very thin stream and make a high pitched wheezing sound. I'm surprised they didn't have HD broadcast. The rest of the building was great. I thought they would have homemade marshmallows for their s'mores happy hour, but it looked like just boxed goods. Maybe during peak season only?

We have stayed at this property in both the winter and summer, and it is always a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, and you can't beat the surrounding BC village area. We can't wait to go back.

Family get away

Pros: Too many to include all of them. We ate all our breakfast meals at the resort. We also had one dinner which included our grandkids and their parents.
Cons: Nothing at all
Location: My son-in-law took me and the two boys (11 & 13) fly fishing on the Colorado river. I'm not sure of the guide but it was a 1/2 day blast!
My husband and I arranged to fly (to Denver) and drive our terminally ill daughter (40) from Dallas to meet up with her two sons and husband (who were already in their time share at Hyatt Mountain Lodge). We held our breath the whole way and were so delighted to be welcomed (at 11:00PM) by the warm and considerate staff. Our family considers this a travel miracle. Please don't change one thing.

The little things

We were given a different room because ours wasn't ready but that one was smaller than what we booked. So we went back down and they got the right room. I had to go find our luggage after the room switch. The fridge did not work but it made noise. The iron was missing from the room so I called to get one to go with the ironing board but it didn't show up. David in valet was very helpful and friendly and so was the young lady bartender whose name I forgot. The location and hotel itself were gorgeous with plenty to do.
