The breakfast buffet was the best I experienced in my one month's travel and the shuttle service to and from Vail Village was excellent.

Loved the underground parking. Room was clean, roomy and hot tub was great. It was advertised online that there would be a hot breakfast starting at 6:30 a.m. Was told the same thing when we checked in last night. Came down at 6:30 a.m. to eat and get on the road. The front desk clerk said normally someone shows up around 5:30 a.m., but he hadn't seen anyone yet. He called the Manager about the situation, was told there would be no breakfast today. I asked for a discount on the room and they did refund the parking fee ($45.00 - very high), which I did appreciate. We got on the road and ate at McDonald's.

The first day the hot tub jets didn't work but the water was still warm. The next morning the heater broke and the hot tub was cold. That shouldn't happen at a hotel that's only been open for 4 months. Parking was $45/day.

Excellent hotel with 5+ star service!
This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We arrived after being stuck in Winter Storm Heather, realizing we couldn’t make it to the airport. The service was phenomenal. The rooms are plush & clean. The lobby is spacious with plenty of room to relax by the fire. Highly-recommend.
