I splurged on a 1 night staycation. Researched highly rated, pet friendly hotels with room service, so we didn’t have to leave our dog in the room while we went to dinner, because nice restaurants with outdoor seating are limited this time of year in Vail. Expedia listed the Arrabelle as pet-friendly with room service. I called Rock Resorts (owners of Arrabelle) and no one ever answered the phone, nor didn’t anyone when I tried the Arrabelle directly. Upon check in, I was informed that they decided to stop room service 1 week early. There was no table on the balcony as shown in the photos of the room, so we had nowhere to eat in the room when we fetched take out. And, the staff was not helpful. I spent far too much money on this night away and was not satisfied with the lack of accountability by staff.

Beautiful property with great amenities. Staff was wonderful, shout out to the front desk staff and the valet/bell staff - kind helpful and wonderfully kind. Booked for the ski in/ski out. Only downside is that the onsite restaurant was largely unavailable except for breakfast, end of season…

Great property. Heated floors is amazing during cold days. Only issue was our jacuzzi tub wouldn't turn on, which was really no issue. Great stay!

Loved the area. The service Arrabelle was lacking. The Tavern bfast took :30 miin to get food… server didn’t know what a soft boiled egg was? Rooms were very warm. $375 for massage?? 😳

We had a good stay but overall issue was that we asked for a humidifier and they delivered one which was not working and entire night we had a disturbed sleep. Another issue we had was with breakfast for which we paid as it was included in our stay. They didn’t accommodate anything to my allergies and behaved rudely. we had go out to eat pay extra. For the entire situation they were just sorry but didn’t help us in any other way. Overall they are not very helpful and rude.

The Arrabelle is a beautiful property that makes you feel as if you're in the Swiss alps. The concierge was extremely helpful in securing reservations at all the restaurants we asked for. Breakfast was included in our package and they had a nice spread for the buffet -- from fresh fruit, Belgian waffles, omelets maid-to-order, patries, smoked salmon, and so much more. The only problem we had was that the fire alarm sounded 2 nights in a row in our room. The hotel staff thought it could be the placement of the humidifier, but we've been skiing for over 20 years and never had this problem in any other room we've ever stayed at in any other hotel. After reminding them of this problem at checkout, they did agree to give us a minor credit for our inconvenience. Overall, we had a great stay at the Arrabelle.

Staying here really felt like we were in a fairy tale or Disney movie. It was beautiful and the service was amazing. I’ve never stayed in a hotel as amazing as this one. Highly highly recommend!

After booking this reservation which was non-refundable and showed a $121 resort credit we intended to use at the restaurant, we receive a message 9 days later that no food services were available. The credit could only be used on alcohol from the mini-bar. I returned four days later to pick up an Apple power plug that was left behind. They said they found one in another room on another day that matched the description but wouldn't give it to me until I produced a photograph of the item. Then I got charged a valet fee when I while waiting the half hour arguing with them that it was mine. They treated me like I was a homeless person. Very bad service, and shame on them for the bait and switch with resort credits you can't use.

Holiday Slope Side Stay
Super convenient to everything. Bed was very comfortable, same with the pillows. I especially loved the oversized fireplace in the lobby. The free coffee and yummy cookies in the afternoon were a wonderful treat.
