I Felt Like a Rock Star!Posted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: Proximity to the event we were there to see, the scenic beauty of the hotel and surroundings, and the amazing customer oriented staff!!!!!
Location: Golf, hiking trails, lots of biking, shopping and wonderful restaurants! Of course, skiing in the winter.
My experience at this hotel was amazing. From the minute I arrived, until I left I was treated like a VIP. We were there for the Pro Cycling Challenge and this hotel was perfectly positioned for all the festivities. The room was nicely appointed. While I could make coffee in my room, I really enjoyed the coffee buffet that was set up fresh each morning on our floor. The hotel staff was quick to point out local restaurants and points of interest. We checked out at 4:00 a.m. due to a long drive we had back home. When the valet brought our car, he even offered to go make us coffee for the road! We will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future, and will recommend to friends!

Our stay was good, the staff was excellent. our only complaint would be with the TV in the room. Our tv initially was not working and after it was fixed by the friendly staff we still had a lot of channels that were not clear, snow covered or had very poor resolution.

Pines Lodge - Summer vacation family of fourPosted Aug 13, 2013
Pros: Location to shopping, high quality service and value.
Cons: I can't think of anything. Everything was perfect.
Location: Shopping was within 5 minutes, restaurants were many (lots of choices), high quality and fit our needs well.
We stayed at the wonderful Pines Lodge Resort in Beaver Creek on our return home from our vacation. It was by far the best quality accomodations, service and value we have encountered on our multiple stays in the mountains of Colorado. The staff was outstanding, knowledgeable, serivce orieneted and not "pushy". Best term would be we were treated like family.

Great room, well located to enjoy village amenities and hiking. Most comfortable bed and linens and toiletries are top quality. Quieter, low key lodge, but still the gym is more than adequate and lodge has small pool and nice hot tub. Restaurant was tried only for breakfast and, while food was good, presentation was lacking.

Staff and HospitalityPosted Aug 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
We love this place. It's a beautiful lodge close to everything. Beautiful setting, all rooms are excellent, food and bar is second to none. The most important part of this lodge is the staff that run it. We have been there a few times and when we arrive they remember us and treat us with excellent care. Always trying to make our trip special. We will not stay elsewhere and look forward to seening our freinds again soon at the Pine Lodge.

Staff is excellent. Nice hotel in the mountains.Posted Aug 6, 2013
Pros: The staff and the cozy feel to it. The valet attendants were very friendly and met us at the door of our car when we pulled up.
Cons: Put more electrical outlets in. Everything else was great. We had a hard time pulling the shades down. You might want to make sure they work.
Location: There is a 5-7 minute walk down a path to the village which is pretty cool. Skating rink in the middle of it in July!
First time in the mountains. Pricey but nice hotel. Designed for skiers but good for a weekend get away too. Except for the rain the whole time we had a relaxing weekend. FYI - if you want a microwave in your room, you will need to ask for it. Once we requested it - no problem. As in all hotel rooms, they never have enough outlets to plug everything in.

Beautiful locationPosted Jul 30, 2013
Pros: The setting, the room and the overall appearance. We didn't spend much time there because our family stayed elsewhere
Cons: BREAKFAST QUALITY AND OPTIONS
Location: It is a great location for people with lots of money who want to enjoy nature, go hiking or skiing
Everything was fine except breakfast; dinner was outstanding, so we expected breakfast to be similar. Cold and greasy potatoes with undercooked onions, under-toasted English muffin, oily eggs. It seemed to us that there was no cook around and somebody just dealt with our breakfast order. The restaurant was always empty during breakfast time and we had to go elsewhere to get our morning meal.
