“Great rooms and location”
Beautiful place to stay, great rooms and good location to the center of Beaver Creek. Not impressed with the breakfast.
“A fine resort”
Had a great stay at the Pines Lodge in Beaver Creek. The staff was great and very helpful. The valet parking was very nice and the staff prompty responded when the vehicle was requested. The room was very nice but next time I'm going to request a room facing the valley as the room was on floor 3 above the valet drop off location. It got noisy from the folks arriving / departing to/from the resort for dinner but didn't last too long. If you want 100% peace from noise stay in the rooms facing the valley. The spa and pool were relaxing and peaceful as well as the work out facility. The only inconvience was the location as you have to walk a bit on a ski road to the village or wait for a shuttle. Coming back from dinner in the village at night was an adventure on the road as it got pretty dark in spots. We saw some deer along the road the next day which was nice though if you like wildlife. Enjoy the Pines Lodge.
“Looking forward to my next visit!!!”

“Sweet and comforting attention to my needs”
As a result of leaving my home town late in the day, I arrived at the Pines after dark, relatively late in the evening, and frazzled! I was extraordinarily well attended by the valet and front desk staff person at the hotel, and felt like I was being soothed and comforted by favorite family members! They heard my offhand comment that the event for which I was in town was early in the morning and I'd have to check out at 6:15, and my car was waiting at the front of the hotel as I stepped to the desk to leave the next morning! They encouraged me to check out everything in the hotel, and gave me every reason to try to come back or stay an extra day since my stay was such a short one on that trip. The room, with a well-appointed king bed, round table, chaise, side desk, and wardrobe, was still extremely roomy and comfortable, and the shower in the bathroom was heavenly, as was the fluffy robe waiting! I DID regret not staying longer, but even a fast turnaround at this lovely hotel in its mountain perch was refreshing and wonderful! I would go again in a heartbeat!
“Best of Europe right here at home.”
Great hotel! Perfect experience and get-away for us.
“Awesome stay, except for the breakfast.”
We travelled in late September which was both a good and bad idea. Good because it's the off-season so it's not crowded and the leaves were just changing, which was beautiful. Bad because certain things were closed or closed really early. I know we live in the city but to hear a restaurant tell you they can't serve you because they took one table and closed at 19:30 is a bit of a shock. My advice: plan to sit down to dinner at any restaurant in Beaver Creek before 20:30 and definitely reserve so they know you're coming! And you have to hire a car. You would go mad stuck in Beaver Creek for more than 3 days in the off season. It's nice, but you really need to get out and explore. Piney lake (which was amazing) was an easy drive in our standard Prius even though it was a dust road. There are also caves and horseriding in the near vicinity which are both worth checking out, not to mention loads of hiking options. The only reason I gave our hotel 4 and not 5 stars was their breakfasts were a bit lacking in the choice department. I prefer a freshly prepared meal in the morning. Not something warmed in a microwave. That was the only unexpected thing and could be avoided by getting out for breakfast, otherwise this hotel was awesome.
“Beautiful Location Near Beaver Creek”
To begin with, we were very pleased about the location of this hotel and its proximity to the village of Beaver Creek. We were able to walk to the village from the hotel via a quaint walking path. The hotel, itself, was nicely decorated and the room exactly like pictured and quite cozy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub with their great views of the mountainside. We also appreciated the complimentary Starbucks coffee in the morning. The bell boys were extremely helpful in making suggestions of restaurants and things to do/see in the area. All in all, we would definitely recommend this hotel.
