Pros: Very close walk to gondola!
Cons: They don't have a pool or hot tub - but they give you discounted tickets to the rec center in walking distance with water slides and hot tub.
Nice place, in walking distance to restaurants and the gondola. Clean facility with relatively updated furnishings.

High rise condo convenient to freewayPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Location convenient to I-70, accomodating staff, spacious rooms, luxury bedding, 3 full baths.
Cons: Our unit did not have a gas grill on the deck.
Location: Easy freeway access but also some freeway nose. Freeway and bike path access to Vail and Vail Pass.
We stayed one night in August whoemfollowing the Colorado Protour Challenge. This was a very spacious, well-appointed penthouse suite, a true luxury condo for little more $ than a motel room would have been.

AdequatePosted Jul 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
Adequate is the best term to describe The Seasons at Avon. The good: size of unit - large 2 bedroom, 2 bath with dinning area and living room and balcony, shower - good water pressure and temperature, location - good to get in and out of Avon, not sure about access to skiing, value - relatively low rates, parking - underground parking included. TVs - there are large, new tvs in the living room and master bedroom. The not so good: old - the unit is just plain old. The carpet needs to be replaced badly. The seams between linoleum and carpet had exposed nails so we had to wear shoes inside. The walls have gouges in them and the linoleum is in rough shape. If you are just looking for a basic place to stay with good size and location, you should consider The Seasons. If you want a new, pretty, fancy place, look elsewhere.

nice hotel room needs updatedPosted Jul 23, 2014
The Seasons resort was nice. The condos are privately owned and therefor the condition may vary. This condo had several maintenance issues including bathroom cabinets not intact, no screen in the window and several lighting issues.

Very comfortablePosted Jul 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was excellent. I suppose it is likely when you go to a winter vacation spot you will find maintenance work going on and that was the detraction here, but overall a good place.

Hotel in Avon, CO over July 4.Posted Jul 6, 2014
Hotel was nice and clean but it had no AC so we had to run fans all the time. Stove is too close to refrigerator so stove door won't open all the way. Queen bed in master room was very saggy in middle and your head went downhill. We had to turn. Couldn't flip because it's afew pillow top. Otherwise was great.

Escenario y ubicación.Posted Mar 19, 2014 on Hotels.com

Nice vacation at Beaver CreekPosted Mar 15, 2014
Pros: The comfortable "homey" feeling.
Cons: Larger hot water heater. After 3 showers in the morning the 4th person usually got stuck with a cold shower.
Location: Montana's restaurant and Pazzo's Italian restaurant were both very good.
We loved our 3 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and washer/dryer. Well furnished and very comfortable. Very clean. Front desk staff were very helpful with tips about the town and places to eat, ski school, etc. Unfortunately there was not always someone manning the front desk. No restaurants in the hotel but there are several options within walking distance. We had a great time hear and really felt at home when we came back each night from skiing. Beaver Creek skiing was awesome and the ski school was very good. Great resort for families and first time skiiers. There are also a lot of Blue and Black slopes for the more experienced. We had a great time and will return next year.
