We always enjoy staying at the Sebastian. First class accommodations and staff. Everyone is always vet friendly and happy. Neil was particularly helpful, friendly, personable and went above and beyond.

Best Hotel stay I have had in a very long time!
It was an amazing property and would definitely come back again. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our simple requests. Wished I could have stayed longer!

Staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great location in the heart of the village. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the hot tubs/pool were fantastic. Great stay!

Disappointing.
Overall the hotel was ok. What was an immediate turnoff was the worn finish on the toilet seat, plus one of the rubber base supports was missing. So it was wobbly. Front desk told us the maintenance department would replace it right away. That never happened and we never received a follow up call from the desk. Disappointing experience in a lower priced motel much less a high end hotel.

Can’t beat the location and staff was amazing!
Very well-situated hotel with a great pool! The room was a great size but there were not enough outlets, particularly by the beds, no charging ports and the bathroom feels quite dated. In a double Queen room, two sinks in the bath would have been helpful.

Cetral location with a short walk to ski lift.
Good hotel although "pricy". Room OK, but fairly small window. Bed comfortable. Small bathroom. Nice pool/hot pool area. But that the hotel (with such prices) charge you additionally $25/pers for the use of the sauna is way off.....

An Average Hotel
The hotel room is basic and dated- a Hyatt or Marriott has same room amenities. The steam room is an extra charge of $25 which is ridiculous at a ski resort where people need this type of facility. the carpet in room was dated and bathroom was 2nd rate. The hotel did not offer ski valet service near the Gondola like other similar hotels. The biggest advantage is for owners who have access to lounge and other exclusive hospitality. The car service was nice, they did bring us to dinner one night.

The property is beautiful inside and out. The base camp is right outside of the Vail Village Gondola so super convenient for getting on the mountain fast. Also, Leonora was delicious for breakfast -- the breakfast burrito could easily feed 2 and was very delicious. The 2 bedroom suite provided us with 3 full bathrooms, which was very convenient for getting 4 people ready to go out to dinner.

I love the location of this hotel, I loved the esthetics and the amenities. It was excellent all around. I will for sure return to this hotel. Worth every penny!

Is too expensive compared with the service received. I forgot my iPods in the room when I made check out and need to call 4 times to check for this, the 4 times they told that will check and call back and this never happens, I went to the hotel 4 days after this and they didn’t have any information, also I requested to my my car ready the night before at 6 am and was not there (they charged me 150 usd to keep my car parked 2 1/2 days) ….

The Sebastian was wonderful. Great stay! 5-10 min walk to Gondola One, amenities and the staff was amazing! But booking through Expedia, horrible experience! Be careful if you book through Expedia!
