An important part of skiing actually has nothing to do with the mountain: après-ski, which is just a fancy name for ‘happy hour.’ So after you’re done on the slopes whether it be with ski or mountain bike, kick back and relax in the lobby to take advantage of the bountifully stocked bar at Tivoli’s Brown Hound Lounge. Be sure to try the signature Indini cocktail – inspired by hotel mascot Indy, the chocolate Labrador for whom the lounge is named.Never before has barnyard lore touted a brown hound that met a grey goose and lived happily ever. Yet the Brown Hound can make such a claim: goose and hound have been seamlessly fused in the creation off the Indini cocktail. Our staff has spent hours on intensive research and sampling, and we are proud to invite you to start a new tradition at Vail by stopping into the Brown Hound and sampling an enticing, new Indini.

As if the centralized location isn’t enough, we also offer skiers a valet ski and boot storage to make your transitions on and off the mountain as easy as possible.Being a ski town, Vail locals will tell you there are two seasons: snow, and the rest.
