Tivoli Lodge

Good things- location, great breakfast, room clean. Need to work on 'check in' greeting and convey a warm welcome. Also needs to work on communicating the timing on completing a work order.

We were in Vail for the September fest. The hotel was everything we had been told & more. Mountain elegance with a European flair, friendly staff and great atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend to all.

Very nice but our room was small.

Posted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: Location. Staff.
Cons: Larger rooms.
Location: Great location.
Staff was wonderful, very accommodating and friendly. Great location. Our room was very small and the other rooms looked bigger. Fridge and little microwave in room is very nice. Coffee was bad but other continental breakfast items were fine. I felt like the staff bent over backwards to please us!

Very pleasing.

Pros: I liked our balcony best. The bathroom was terrific except for the lighting.
Cons: Check the lighting!
Location: We walked almost everywhere, especially to the Gerald R. Ford amphitheater.
We liked everything about the hotel except for the fact that the last morning the lights were out over the sink, the lighted makeup mirror did not light and the light over the mirror in the room (our last option) was out. We had to take our makeup out on the balcony to see. Did tell them when we checked out but didn't want to call and report since we were in a hurry.

Very nice hotel !!

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: The views, the hotel itself, and the available amenities. They had a great workout room and hot tubs. Overall the room and hotel was very clean.
Cons: The parking is a little inconvenient if you choose to not use their valet service. The only other place to park was the public garage two blocks away.
Location: The location is beautiful. My family and I went hiking, white water rafting, horseback riding, and mountain bike riding. Great outdoor adventures!
The hotel is very close to downtown Vail and that made walking convenient.

Excellent stay out of winter season.

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Location: The hotel is close to the centre of Vail village, mostly pedestrianised. Plenty of bars/restaurants and touristy shops.
Alpine style to the building, inside there are photographs of the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen!! Helpful, friendly staff. We spoke to the owner with his two dogs. They were trialling a different buffet so we had a complementary breakfast. Also spoke to the chef. The room was very comfortable (complete with gas-log fire) and a view over the lawn at the back then the mountains.

Pleasant hotel

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Great location. Staff was excellent.
Cons: More than one bar of soap would be nice, and the bathrobes were a little frayed around the neck.
The Tivoli staff were friendly and accomodating, and the hotel is within easy stroll of the city center.

Beautiful hotel right in the center of the village

We came for July 4th and we're very surprised by the perfect location. The hotel was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful. As an extra treat, the hotel was in a great location for the local parade.
