“Confortable stay, great location”

The hotel had heated pool and Vail has a free shuttle system. Our condo had all the implements we could have wanted, including a humifier for the bedroom, vast choice of glassware, silverware and other utensils. Comfy sofas next to the chimney

Area recommendations
If you can get a place with access to the slopes, that is even better since you have access to the town restaurants and nightlife at a walking distance, but this location was quite nice and convenient too.

“Could have stayed for weeks.”

This was a lovely place in beautiful Vail, CO. I would and will go back again. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was away from the downtown area which I found nice. Everything was comfortable, and the kitchen adequately stocked with every tool and dish we needed.

Area recommendations
All of it, went to Avon for dinner, it was cheaper and only 17 miles away.

“Excellent East Vail option”

We chose East Vail to be away from the village and had not been to the Racquet club in years and were very impressed. We brought bikes so that we could bike into the village and it was a beautiful ride and met our expectations in terms of workout. The Booth Falls trailhead is also only minutes away on the frontage road. Our room was nicely upgraded and very comfortable for 3 adults and one child. We'll be back! Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

“Disappointing "Old Favorite"”

We've stayed at the VRC on several occasions and enjoyed it but this was a flop. Perhaps because it was the end of the summer season, but the service was poor. We never had any housekeeping services over the three days we were there (dirty dishes left, no beds made, no new towels or toiletries). The only tv had unreliable cable service that would go in and out and required a lengthy phone discussion with a maintenance worker. A request for an iron was completely ignored. The pool closed early one night with no forewarning and the staff member was very surly when asked about why it was closing early. Perhaps because we booked through Expedia we were given a room right next to the highway and had to listen to a constant flow of trucks and cars.

“Wonderful Place to Stay”

We truly enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is very convenient and easy to get to, as well as close to all the attractions. The view from our balcony was beautiful - you really feel close to nature. The staff was very friendly and professional - always eager to help. The place was calm and relaxing. Our condo was spacious, kitchen had everything you'd need to cook the dinner, even things to mix up a cake, except there was no oven!!!!. but I guess that's a small con. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and I had trouble falling asleep on it for the first few days, but then I guess I was so tired I didn't care any more... Room was updated, even had a nice flat tv supposedly with XFinity, but... we couldn't get it to work! We didn't really care though, because we didn't go there to watch TV, so it was okay. There is so much more fun stuff to do outdoors in Vail, and beyond!!!! So don' t stay in, if you don't have to . The resort itself has a bunch of great activities to offer: pool was awesome, hot tub even better, they have a nicely equipped gym...and those tennis courts!!! more than you'd wish for if you wanted to stay in for the day. I highly recommend the Vail Racquet Club!!!

“East Vail Charm”

I usually stay in West Vail, but a family trip brought us to East Vail. I enjoyed the condo, but it was off a beaten path. Make sure to ask for a room that has been recently updated. The shuttle bus is very convenient, but I was glad that I had a rental car.

Area recommendations
Love Vail Village and Lionshead.

“Absolutely Wonderful!!”

We just arrived home from our Vail vacation..way too short!! We throughly enjoyed staying at the Vail Racquet Club.. What views, Oh My Goodness!! A beautiful waterfall is what awaits you as you pull into the parking area to register. Our room was creek side.. with the record snow fall the area had this past winter and the recent rains..Gore creek was really flowing and was simply amazing, did I mention the incredible mountain view? We had stainless appliances, and granite countertops in the Kitchen also WIFI and full cable. Vail and Lionshead Village are just minutes away. The Front desk staff are very friendly and most helpful. We certainly would recommend the Racquet Club and truly hope to return in the future. We absolutely loved our Condo, the location, the views and the wonderful Mountain Air.. could not have enjoyed our stay anymore.

“Vail condo”

Very nice quiet facility, pretty location. Staff helpful and efficient. We don't play tennis, but a large group of tennis players there seemed to be enjoying the courts. Our only complaint: we wanted to use the grill on our deck, but it didn't seem to work; however, it wasn't that important. All in all, a good bargain.
