Took the family (2 adults, 3 teenagers) skiing in Vail for Thanksgiving vacation. The Arabelle was highly recommended and I see why. Very friendly staff, very proactive and responsive. Requested adjoining rooms and a roll-away bed in the kids' room. Our wishes were accommodated. Super comfy, quiet room and wonderful bed and linens and pillows, slept wonderfully! Humidifiers provided (look in the closets) and used. Bathrooms large and spotless. A solid building right next to the slopes. Would definitely book again without hesitation.

We are new to CO and this was our first trip to the mountains. 3-night vacation was an 18th birthday present / Thanksgiving treat to our kids and the hotel and the unit were both fantastic. Very well-located for Eagle Bahn (Lionshead) gondola and shops. Beautiful, classy apartment. Plenty of space for 6. Never heard a sound from the corridor or other apartments. Loads of light. Well-stocked kitchen (the only thing missing for us was a roasting pan, so we bought a foil one at Safeway). Decent range of cable channels. Every staff member we met was friendly, cheerful and helpful. [The check-in people did give me inaccurate information about local nail facilities, but I survived. Candi Johns is just a hair salon and hasn't had a nail tech in years.] Our only real gripe in 4 days was that when we needed to leave (after getting extended check-out until late afternoon), we called down and wasted 20 minutes of daylight driving time waiting for help. Eventually, we gave up and carried our bags down. We were considering coming back over Presidents' Day, but the cost for these units skyrockets and the World Ski Championship 2015 is being held nearby (so we figure that will make Vail super busy with skiers from Beaver Creek who can't ski their own slopes), so we have found a neat place in Breckenridge instead. Note: no restaurant or full spa. Tip: try the Little Diner. 5 minutes walk away. Nice place open 7 - 2. Breakfast all the time along with sandwiches, crepes.

Our arrival to this gated community took us by surprise. It was quite luxurious. The staff was very accomodating, when asked if we could have a room with a view of the mountain they delivered. Amazing views. Attention to details, and they even sent a bottle of champagne to our room for our anniversary! The Beaver Creek Village is nearby and there are trams available from the hotel. Terrific experience!

Stayed overnight for a nearby function. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food service was good at their bar for breakfast. They do charge a $30 resort fee which I find silly but is the norm with hotels these days. Wifi internet was complimentary which was a plus. Would stay there again.

St. James was a wonderful place to stay. The location in Beaver Creek is fabulous - close to everything! We stayed (family of 5) for Spring Break and loved it. Nice, comfy beds, good kitchen and plenty of space.

What a perfect location! We were within a block of the pristine Village. Many family activities, restaurants, shops, lifts and more. The only time we needed a car was to drive to Walmart for groceries five minutes away.
The condo was not "ritzy" but quite comfortable with all the possible ammenities and appliances. It felt like a home away from home. Housekeeping came once during the week and spruced up the place. Excellent value.
