Front desk staff was less than engaged and appeared bored when I asked for assistance.

Great accommodations in an unbeatable locationPosted Jul 17, 2015
Pros: The location really can't be beat.
Cons: Being next to the bus stop can get a bit noisy late night when the drunks leave downtown.
We spent a bit more per night than we wanted to, but we did it to make sure we had a good location in Vail. We were not disappointed! It was totally worth it to be able to stay in the heart of Vail. This hotel is on the creek, has views of the mountains, has parking across the street, and has a bus stop right out front. Amazing location! The room itself was also recently updated and had a really beautiful walk in shower. We traveled with two small children and the hotel provided cribs and goodie bags for our boys. Bonus - the room was stocked with board games!

A bit warm and noiseyPosted Jul 13, 2015
Cons: Air conditioning
No air conditioning lead to need for open door which allowed street noise to enter and disturb rest.

Great location, tight quartersPosted Mar 2, 2015
Cons: Be transparent about the shared room situation. Tell people it's like sharing a condo with other people (without a kitchen and living room).
Location: Great coffee/breakfast place right over the covered bridge, close to everything in the village, bus too
This hotel has location - close to village, garage, bus and lift. Staff is great. Breakfast is passable, but anticlimactic. Free espresso machine was great perk. The surprise was the "shared" living situation: one common door for three rooms. It did keep hallway noise down, but it was like being in the same room with those next door (within the same common door). I could hear everything they said or did and I'm sure it was the same for them. And no one tells you about this set-up when booking (Expedia included). If that shared living situation doesn't sound right to you, they have very nice rooms and multi-bedroom units as options. That would be the only way I would return.

FornøydPosted Feb 12, 2015 on Hotels
Det gikk knirkefritt, var ikke de flotteste rommene men det var rent og fuksjonelt med store gode senger. Litt utypisk frokost men det funket. Fin location i byen. Veldig fornøyd
