The accommodations were lovely and the owners and staff warm and hospitable. The chocolate chip cookies set out on a buffet table each afternoon were delicious. The breakfasts were perfect. Guests could choose from an extensive continental breakfast or a complete hot breakfast menu. I cannot leave the site without mentioning Speedy, the wonderful lab who is in residence at Tivoli. This is a gracious and delightful lodge/hotel.

Went for a one night gateaway. The hotel is impressive. The pictures are similar to the hotel. The atmosphere is classic European style.
The room (One King Bed) was spacious, but as it seems in the pic. The bathroom was great!!!
Mainly the only two concern we had was that the mattress was too soft, and the small radio that usually placed near the bed did not work, and was very old.
Other than that, it was awesome. We would definitely come back.
P/S - I was dispointed to learn that parking the car in the hotel costs $28 per day. This price is: 1. way too high; 2. there are not alternatives; 3. they don't inform you ahead about it.

"Nice hotel but hard beds and they only have valet "
I wasn't used to the valet only service they provide so that was uncomfortable for me but if you are used to using valet service it shouldn't bother you. I imagine when it's not off season the 15 minute call ahead would be a must though. The beds gave both me and my boyfriend backaches the entire time we were there but the hot tub was great for easing the tightness. Overall the staff was very helpful and nice but I wouldn't take only their recommendations on eating establishments as everything they recommended was over the top expensive.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend, which is nice, as it's mud season and everything in Vail is discounted. But after we were there a few days it's apparent why. The hotel property was nice, but one of the hot tubs was broken, and the second was hot the first day but then stopped heating the next. The hotel doesn't offer room service on Sundays and the bed in our room was in desperate need of a new mattress. On the upside, it's a gorgeous location, the staff is really friendly and helpful and it's a short, free shuttle ride to Vail where the parking rates are high. When Atwaters opened, the food was terrific, and the health club is nice.
