Wonderful guest service, personal attention. The maid cleaned my room and folded my clothes and stacked my papers - even collected and set aside 50 or 60 Euros I had left scattered about. Wonderful spa included.

Good Location. 2 Minutes walking time from the train station in Zermatt. Rooms are modern and well designed. Breakfast Buffet is excellent.

“Excellent Choice”

Great food and service. Only one slightly negative item - fabric upholstery on sofa in the room badly needed replacing. Everything else perfect. Great location also - easy to walk to "town" and the train station.

“Excellent Hotel”

The Mirabeau is located very close to the train station and restaurants, without being on the main strip. It is a very short (5 min.) flat walk to both. The hotel is clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was delicious and offered a bit more variety than the typical European breakfast you might find in other places. The view from the breakfast room is magnificent! The variety of spa rooms were also a real treat. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families.

“Great staff and service, but the room was too hot”

This hotel had a very friendly staff that provided good service and recommendations. Room was spacious with a good view of the Matterhorn. Only issue was the climate. The room only had a radiator. With the sun beating down on the room during the day, it was too hot. The only ventilation is to open the doors and windows to the outside, but there was no breeze. We got a fan on the second night, which helped some.
