“Not impressed”

It was okay. The bathroom had no curtain separating the shower from the loo. Also it was very hot and the management told us to keep window open sind turn on the fan.to me out seemed like the h.eating was screed up.also exhaust in the toilet was week.

“Convenient for ferries.”

This hotel was nice, similar to other Best Western hotels. The beds were comfy, the continental breakfast was good, albeit meager. Hotel staff pleasant.

“No Surprises”

My family and I had a great visit to Valdez. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean as well as the grounds of the hotel. My only complaint is that there was a lack of posting about breakfast hours. We weren't sure when breakfast ended and missed it by 30 minutes. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay with a good view of the harbor.

“great over-night stay”

We were here only night but were very satisfied with accomodations. Had pre-registered on line but when we arrived the room had been given to another guest inadvertantly. The manager immediately upgraded us to another room which was top-notch. Very clean, comfortable room and the personnel involved were very friendly and helpful.
