“Perfect stop”

We were headed from Miami to Nashville and Valdosta was a great mid point. IHOP is next door and everything was great. Hotel was well used, but clean and quiet.

“You get what you pay for...”

My room was fairly priced, and everything that was supposed to work did. House keeping did their best to fulfill all requests, but the overall look of my room was dismal.

Area recommendations

I would recommend a hotel off of exit 13 on I-75 if you plan on going to Wild Adventures.

“Disappointed”

We were visiting the local college and traveling with our small dog so needed a pet friendly motel at a reasonable price. The room was small but OK. There were a bunch of roudy guests that were noisy outside running up and down the stairs and down the walkway at all hours of the night. This kept our dog awake who barked at their loud noises which also kept us awake. In comparison, we stayed the following night at Red Roof Inn in Gainsville, FL. Same price, also pet friendly, but it was ten times nicer, cleaner and quieter than this Day's Inn. If our daughter goes to college in Valdosta, we will select a different motel in the future.

Area recommendations

This motel was off I-75, exit 16. Everytime we went anywhere (to the school, to eat, to shop) we got back on I-75 and drove back to exit 18. The next time we are in Valdosta, we will look for a motel off exit 18.

“DON'T DO IT”

I have stayed in 2-3 star hotels in the past but this one was the absoulute worse. I woke up to a small rodent running across the floor. Although I wanted a Non-smokers room the smoke comes through the vents of the other rooms and my room was full of smoke. I packed my children up and left at 2:20 in the morning. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN OR ONLY RENTED TO CONSTRUCTION WORKERS. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN OR IF YOU ARE ALONE!!!!!!!!!

Closer to the mall. It is safer and the hotels appear t be cleaner.

“Worst hotel”

The parking lot was filthy and when we got into our room it smelled musty and wet. There was pooled water in the window and the heating and cooling unit was rusted and disgusting. We arrived late and went immediately to bed. When we got up and I went into the bathroom to shower I noticed what appeared to be dried blood in the corners of the bathroom. The bathtub itself had a huge crack in it with the water simply leaking underneath the tub. If I could give this hotel a negative rating, I would. This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at.

“Filthy”

I was very disappointed in the hotel and the room was filthy. I will never stay in this hotel chain again! It was not worth the price.

“Plesantly surprised”

I actually ment to book a hampton inn when i booked days inn by accedent. Once i had already booked and paid I found awful reviews on the hotel, and was very discouraged and leary about my stay. To my pleasant surprise it was not at all what I expected. The hotel was clean, and the employees were very pleasant. Not a bad place to stay by far.
