Please clean properly the microwave and the carpet…
We booked at this hotel as we had stayed here a previous time. The condition of the hotel has declined since our last visit. Detail to cleaning is not the same as in past years. An example is that we found a case of empty bottles in the cupboard.
This was a good overnight stay while travelling. The rooms have been redone and the beds comfortable. The property itself is older and does have some odd features but overall we had a great rest!

Stayed here many times, good place to stop. Window curtain damaged
So a lot of false advertising about this property. Stated free breakfast and there was not one. Waterslide does not work. Free wifi there was no wifi.Please remove this from your add on Expedia. It was just ok.
The hairdryer plug and the receptacle (outside the bathroom), are so worn, a second person has to hold the plug in place as it falls out otherwise.
The heating system is noisy likely due to fan bearings failing.
For us, the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Credit card was charged before check out, had to check out one day early, no reimbursement had to pay for night I didn’t stay. I will not stay at these hotels ever again, ripped me off

Stopped here due to sudden adverse weather. Better option amongst surrounding older hotels. Great price !
Newer hotel will all modern room amenities. Pool and Hot Tub. Tim Hortons right next door. Petro Can and A&W across the street.
I had an Inner room and could not hear the Semis on the Highway out front. Check In Attendant was quick and efficient.

Hottub water was green and smelt like a swamp.
3 nights no house keeping. After 2 nights, asked about house keeping was told not provided unless requested! Was told nothing wrong with hottub. Pool was dirty as well slide turned off.
In room brouchure and website said continent breakfast. When i asked about all this. I was told show me where it says daily house keeping and breakfast!! I did amd they said ok that needs to be changed. No discount or compensation offered! On checkout they demanded the key cards!

The hotel seems to be going down been staying there for the last 5 or 6 years. Rooms are clean. The pool and hot tub need a good cleaning. The hot tub was disgusting. Stayed there in October and it needed to be cleaned. The water slide still not working. Next time i might stay somewhere else.

Only one bed side table and it was on the side without a power outlet. Looked like there was a space that should have had a chair for sitting and reading or relaxing rather than having to lie on the bed. No complaints just observations all in all a decent place to stay.
