Great location, dated rooms

Location is great but there are many other hotels next to this one that I would recommend. The ac didn't work too well and let out a nasty smell and some staff were not that friendly.

Cons: shower base instead of wet room
Location: central so lots to do
Just back from a week at the hotel Had a upper room and found it very quiet and spacious room I would imagine the normal rooms would be same space and as comfortable

lovely location

Pros: location and front end help
The fridge didn't get cool for at least the day and then not too cool. The shower was unusual and sprayed everywhere before you figured it out. You need to keep one card in so you have power but if you forget to take one out before you leave the room they confiscate it.

Very pleasant hotel central to the old city sites.

Posted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: Clean, central and friendly.
Cons: Carpets on stairs are well worn! A little facelift would improve initial impressions.
Location: Cathedral and Basilica Ceramic Museum many other museums and beautiful old churchs. The park is a great feature for waking/cycling.
A centrally located hotel. Easy walking distance to many of the museums and attractions. Staff were pleasant and helpful. For three adults the room was adequate for our needs. Clean and comfortable. Although there was no view and somewhat dark. The breakfast was excellent with great views of the city. Gluten free bread available. Free wifi and nice bar area. Bus tour is worth doing to get a feel for the city layout. After that walk, bus, bike or metro.

Nice hotel right in the city centre

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Value for money. Central square is just round the corner, very convenient if you plan to travel around the city by bus since most of the bus routes end/start there. Within walking distance to most of the sights. Quiet enough. Close to core shopping centers and dining.

Great central location

Posted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: Good central location for easy access to Mercat Central, Cathedral, Ceramic museum, great shops, boutiques and restaurants.
Cons: Didn't like the Nespresso type machine for coffee.
Location: Everything in the old city is nearby and everything Valencia has to offer is in easy striking distance.
Found it easily from Valencia Nord. Hotel staff very friendly and informative and helped us navigate the city, suggesting best ways to get about.
