When in Valencia all you should really care about is to have a safe and convenient place to crash. This place fits the bill. It is super clean and the staff are very professional. If you want to sleep late, you better bring earplugs, however. The rooms are far from soundproof. The bed was comfortable enough but kind of cheap and would tip over if you sat too close to the edge. Also the automated check in system was clunky and took several tries to get anything accomplished.

Loved staying at your place. It was clean and so much space felt like a small apartment. Window views were wonderful. Refrigerator , microwave, tea kettle,complimentary water, instant,coffee, biscoff cookies were great extras Enjoyed the location, very convenient to get around lots of cafes close by and restaurants. Linens fresh, bed was comfortable. Only setback was the construction next door and the noisy neighbors above. Overall a great stay. Thank you.

I never received check in instructions before arrival. Luckily there was a man at the desk to help but he was not happy about it and need to make a call to help. He was reluctant at first, kept gesturing as if he wanted me to stop asking for help! Room was okay, internet in and out as was the hot water. Stairway not lit well, walked up and down in darkness.

check-in was a bit confusing and I know it was not just me as I witnessed others having the same issues, such as knowing the key code to each door. The room and shared bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable and location was ideal.

Check in is horrendous! Do not book unless you will arrive whilst someone is there. My room was lovely: very sweet and characterful. The shared bathroom was clean but rarely had toilet roll which is ridiculous!!! It’s more of a room to let , not a hostel: no kitchen etc , met nobody in the whole 3 nights I was there. If you are a solo traveller and want to meet people then book a proper hostel. If you want your own space/room then book an actual hotel

Dear, we are very sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. In any case, we inform you that we have a face-to-face reception on the second floor, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and then the check-in is virtual, as you have mentioned, but we also have a 24-hour assistance telephone number, whose number has been sent promptly in the instructions to access the hotel and it is also inside a sign in the room. Furthermore, we are not a hostel but a Bed and Breakfast and we have higher-category rooms, with private bathroom, coffee machine and fridge. At reception we also have a drinks vending machine. Finally, inside the bathroom cabinets there is always spare toilet paper and if it is missing, you can always contact our 24-hour helpline at any time. Regards.

Hotel correcto
Habitación correcta y baño muy pequeño. Nos hubiera gustado que el check in lo hiciera una persona y no una maquina (pero ya estábamos informados de los horarios de recepción). Todo correcto. Un sobre de gel y champú para dos noches no es suficiente y tuvimos que comprar, mucho mejor poner un bote en la ducha rellenable de gel/champú. Habitación muy limpia y personal de limpieza muy amable.

I stayed in their sister property which was better. The room very basic, it was also next to the communal shower which meant allot of noise from other guest when using bathroom. The shower kept getting blocked which wasn’t nice. Location was it was ok still a walk but ok.

Nice stay
Ramona, the receptionist was very friendly with me, showed me around and made a very easy and fast checkin. Location : 30 mins walk to les Artes via park, old town is 15 mins walk, beach is 45 mins by bus / metro I stayed in 7th floor, not noisy, clean and well served. Checkin can also be done by automachine so you can arrive anytime

Our stay was amazing! After our original hotel did not show up to let us in… Hi Valencia was there to offer a great stay. Romana at the front desk was also extremely friendly and helpful, and let us store our bags while moving to another of HI’s locations!
