Great stay
Very convenient location near to 2 tram stops and walkable to many attractions. Clean and comfortable room, nice staff and a good breakfast. We would stay again.

Great location. Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast (Americans could only dream to have such quality and consistency at US HI Express hotels!). Very nice pool. Cons: no desk & chair in room to set up laptop and do work, also only one electric output that I could find, beside the bed against the wall. Not conducive to work set-up, but it seemed like more people were not there for work. I'd go back here for all the pluses anyway! Thanks

Great well located hotel - may be in need of a bit if a refresh/refurb now. Pool didn’t appear to be all that well maintained - evidenced by a grimy dirty sun screen scum around the pool wall tiles which was somewhat uninviting!

Excellent stay. Good, clean comfortable room. Nice bath with plenty of hot water. The pool was a good size and well maintained. Breakfast was good and we liked having the sandwich press to make toasted sandwiches. The bus stop in front was handy to catch the cheap bus to the beach. Walking distance to the Oceanografic and a good mall. The staff are very nice and helpful

Three nights in Valencia for sightseeing
This is a no frills hotel, rooms are basic but beds are comfortable. Decor in our room needed refreshing as it looked tired & tatty in places, especially the bathroom. Free continental breakfast was included in the price, there was no option to reduce the price by not having it. Plenty of food choices. Reception staff friendly & helpful, & spoke enough English for us to communicate with them. Easy walking into the Old Town, took about 30 mins at a moderate pace. Hotel right on the edge of town, & easily accessed from the motorway. Shopping Mall with restaurants nearby.

A short break in Valencia
Great position of the hotel. 5 mins walk from Turia gardens and museums of arts and science. Reception staff is A B S O L U T E L Y A M A Z I N G! so pleasant, welcoming and knowledgeable. Breakfast is good, coffe wonderful. Room though dated, walls, floor, furniture is tired, bathroom too. The management should really redecorate.

Disappointed
There were no pictures on the walls in the room! The shower curtain was disgusting looking on the inside of the shower, so we told the front desk. Either they poorly cleaned the curtain or replaced it with a little less disgusting one. There was only one HBO box and by the time we could use it, we found out that it had to be linked to our telephones?!

The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes walk away from the science park, and there are good bus connections to get you where you want to go in the city. The hotel room we had needed a bit of refresh, but was clean spacious enough for a week stay. The outside pool area is ideal for relaxing in the afternoon.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. If we wanted something they provided for us. The location of the hotel was excellent. The choice at breakfast was limited for us and busy at times but you won't starve.

Mediocre, could be better, staff very pleasant... The "lounge" area is not warm or inviting at all - needs updating, with some nice comfy chairs etc.. Make it area that people want to hang out in. Also, why only one paper-thin pillow for the bed? This seriously impedes comfy sleeping experience. Get better/thicker pillows and people sleep better and leave better reviews.
