Clean hotel for pricePosted Oct 9, 2013
Location: Location not the best without having to catch a cab to downtown.
Hotel did not have correct booking. Not sure if problem with hotel or Expedia. Room given to daughter and friend had not been cleaned. Maid must have missed. After some time they were given a different room.

good locationPosted Oct 8, 2013
Cons: bathroom was i little grubby.
Location: its a 25 minute walk to the cathedral and city centre. also fairly close to the arts museum and aquareum
the hotel was nice inside, fairly good value for money with a nice breakfast. a nice swimming pool too.easy access to the city centre. the only downside was that the room was very noisy from the traffic outside-the hotel is on a very busy main road.

Good hotelPosted Sep 27, 2013
Stayed one night only. It was good choice at a reasonable price. We would have preferred a double bed instead of single beds joined together. Good breakfast was included.

Location: 15 minute walk to Valencia; local supermarket; cafeterias and launderette.
This was our first trip to Valencia and we booked this hotel based on the Expedia ranking. The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Valencia in one direction and the port in the other. There is a private car park which was perfect for our hire car. The hotel is relatively small, with rooms on 4 floors with 2 lifts. The decor of our room was clean and modern and uncluttered. There was air conditioning and a mini bar fridge (useful for storing our young son's milk and our own shop bought water). The floor in our room and the corridor is laminate and rather noisy to walk on. That said the rooms were cleaned and fresh towel provided every day. There was a powerful shower in our jacuzzi bath. There was a problem with the toilet which meant that cistern continually dripped (a bit disturbing when the bathroom door was left open on the first night!). The buffet breakfast was really lovely; good quality and lots of choice. The hotel boasts a sauna, swimming pool and gym; the pool is quite small and was a little dirty; the gym again is small and the equipment distinctly domestic and old (multi-gym - unfortunately this wasn't fully functional, a chest bench and a sit up bench). The gym had not been finished to the same standards as the rest of the hotel. This leads me to the hotel service; this can only be described as excellent. The reception, breakfast and cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. Fortunately for us the reception staff spoke perfect English.

Average ServicePosted Aug 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel could definetly look at a lot of areas for improvement. For starters if they do not have electric kettles in room the least they can do is provide empty cups. If they are serving breakfast the least they can do is keep sufficient stock of eggs and not say "we have run out of eggs"
