Average hotel well situated for sightseeingPosted Oct 16, 2013
We stayed for 4 nights in September. The hotel is ideal for a sightseeing trip if you want fairly basic but adequate accomodation in the city centre. The rooms were clean with good beds and air conditioning but rather small. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel did not have a seating area where you could relax but as we were on the go all the time and just wanted somewhere to shower and sleep this was not a problem. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you but it offers good value accomodation. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as there are many cafes nearby.

Great hotel - but not quietPosted May 4, 2011 on Hotels.com
Great location, smart hotel, not quiet unless there's no one in the next rooms, don't get science park tickets from hotel. But unfortunately the walls were paper thin so when neighbours were in they wake you up. We could hear them brushing their teeth. We were in room 203. Shame because otherwise it was a quality hotel. other note, don't buy tickets for the science park from the hotel. They said that buying from the hotel saved buying them at the park and saved you queing - but what actual happened was you get an invoice from the hotel, which when you get to the park you trade for a ticket so you have to queue up anyway.

The hotel was in general confortable and we might assert that it is good for a short stay in Valencia.

Convenient Location Within Walking Distance of the City SightsPosted Dec 9, 2009
We were looking for a convenient hotel in which to spend a few days in the city, and Mediterráneo was a good choice. The hotel rooms seem to be on the small side, but are clean and fairly comfortable. The hotel doesn't have a large lobby or on site parking (but they do have a parking arrangement with a parking garage nearby), but is very conveniently located in the city and many of the sites are within a 10 minute walk of this hotel, or easily accessible by one of the nearby city buses. Those looking for a first-class hotel should probably look elsewhere, but we were happy to have chosen this hotel.

nothing speciallyPosted Dec 9, 2009
This hotel wasn't anything special. The lobby was stinky and the beds were uncomfortable. Noise from the hall carried right into the rooms.
