Simply the bestPosted Sep 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel staff were excellent. Couldn't have been more helpful or kinder. The pool was great but surprisingly now closed until 5th June 2014. Not a bad walk to city centre, only about a twenty minute stroll. Supermarket close as are a couple of not bad bars. Will stay there again as there is so much to see in the city.

Poor hotel!! They have swimming pool but they don't have towels for it. You are suppose to bring your towels and the pool is outside the hotel.

Lovely hotel, good poolPosted Jun 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Lovely hotel with a good pool. Location is average. Can walk into the city centre, takes about 25mins, but can also get a bus. Need to get a bus to go to the harbour/beach. 5mins walk from Arts and Science City Attraction. Staff very helpful, including putting a forgotten passport in a taxi to the airport to meet us at passport control! Didn't eat at the restaurant but looked reasonably priced. Supermarket across the street. Would suggest getting a taxi from airport, public transport includes getting a train and a bus, bit of a faff.

Good base to explore ValenciaPosted May 9, 2013
Pros: quiet room, clean
Cons: questionable scrambled egg; bar and restaurant closed sundays
Location: Central for visits to old centre, Arts complex, riverbed leisure parks, Ruffiza and Colon for restaurnats and nightlife.
A great location away from the busy and noisy historic centre but close to the riverbed leisure zone and Arts and Sciences complex. Bus 35 from outside this contemporary chain hotel goes to the centre, pay 1 euro 50 on board. Bus 19 goes from nearby to the beach. Ask for a quiet room: we had 810 on the top floor the furthest from the 2 lifts. Very quiet and good blackout curtains and a/c. There's a balcony but no chairs on it. TV only has Spanish channels. Room modern and comfortable, immaculately clean. You have to pay for the safe 3.5 euros per day. Breakfast - if not included in your rate - is adequate but quite expensive at 9 euros, you can get a cheaper one at one of the local bars on avenida de la Plata, eg Zodiac, Oasis and Avenida.

Good overall hotelPosted May 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is located within walking distance of the city centre. Reception staff are helpful and room both spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately we were there on a Sunday evening in April when both the bar and restaurant were closed. Certainly worthy of consideration on other nights of the week.

Great hotel for a long weekend away!Posted Apr 23, 2013
Pros: Room and staff
Cons: Pool only open in Summer
Location: Great for the price, pleasant short stroll into the city, restaurants and bars nearby if wanted!
Great location for the beach and the city centre, city about a 20 minute walk away, beach 5 minutes on the bus! Room lovely, huge balcony plus living area and great bathroom. Staff at hotel friendly, efficient and knowledgable, always willing to help! Approx €20 cab from airport. Only minor issue of no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there is a bar and restaurant on site! All in all very highly recommended!

Let down by food!Posted Mar 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is of average value for the price. As we walk a fair amount the location was pretty good but there was a very convenient bus stop although we never used the public transport. The hotel breakfast was adequate and quite clearly subject to cost cutting. We ate in the hotel once... dreadful! There was a dirth of restaurants in the immediate vicinity but a large mall 10/15 minutes walk away (El Saler) had a food court with some reasonable deals other than that we found it necessary to walk a bit further to the pedestrian malls near the NOrd Station. The hotel was very convenient for new bit which is really specactular. The staff were fine, always pleasant and helpful
