Central locationPosted Nov 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room a little in need of repair, window broken. Looked out to deserted building. Location was good tho. Had a small refrigerator in the room but no coffee pot.

Excellent locationPosted Sep 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
Tiny shower but hot water and good pressure. Room great value for price and cleanliness. Staff friendly enough but not remarkably so. Would definitely stay again. Parking garage nearby for 20 euro/day.

Overall fine. Lack of view is the main issue.Posted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good location and easy to find. Staff friendly enough. Seems reasonably priced. However, room was a little bit small and the room had no view at all either, just facing onto a central space so felt a little bit claustrophobic. The elevators as well were like ovens. One of the shower heads did not work. Aside from that the hotel design was nicely done. The room was clean and comfortable.

Valencia reviewPosted Jul 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
No frills hotel but clean rooms and friendly staff. We had a top floor room with a decent sized deck overlooking some interesting buildings in Valencia.

great little hotel.Posted Jun 14, 2013
Pros: location great, bike loan a bonus (€100 cash deposit required per bike though) helpful staff, good breakfast, laptop in room and free wi fi.
Cons: not perfect if your fussy. air con a bit noisy, no english channels, there is some building work outside at the moment but it didn't disturb us.
Location: historical centre easily explored on foot. Short walk from Met stop Colon (direct to airpot) also port and beach. Dry river bed perfect for cycling.
great central location, staff very helpful, bikes a real bonus, varied and substantial breakfast, nice quiet rooms.

On the beach & decent valuePosted Jun 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Playafels is right on the beach, so the location couldn't be better. Rooms were fairly well sized and clean. Staff were nice enough and overall I was very satisfied with the hotel. The exterior of the hotel (especially the side facing the beach) clearly has not been kept up for some time. A bit of a shame, as it occupies a prominent location. But the interior is totally fine, so don't let the outside fool you.

ok.Posted Apr 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
The location was great. The rooms were small, the bed hard. Says free wifi but couldn't connect in the room, fortunately they supply a laptop. The room wasn't vacuumed when it was serviced. Overall it was fine for what it was.

Great locationPosted Apr 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel`s location can`t be beat. Right in the heart of the old city yet in a quiet location a hundred meters from pubs and restaurants. The Bristol is a nice hotel in a nice location in a beautiful city. Staff is helpful. Didn`t eat in the restaurant, mainly because there are so many tapas spots on the way to and from. Don`t expect 5 star luxury, but if you`re like us, and what you want is a clean comfortable place to crash between 12 hour sightseeing days, the Bristol gets our recommendation.
