Para el invierno no siempre hace frío y la habitación hacia mucho calor aún abriendo la ventana. Cuando se abre la ventana se escucha las tuberías de los otros pisos y es complicado dormir.

My partner and I had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel was affordable and clean. Most importantly, however, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful: 1. We had forgotten to bring adapters for our chargers and it being 11pm we couldn’t buy any, but the lovely receptionist had some on hand which he let us borrow. 2. Our flight was very early in the morning but we had no issues at all with our check out at 3am!! Overall it was a peaceful and smooth stay, and we hope to stay here again :)

This hotel does not have parking. You have to park on the street and the latest you can park is 9am. It is old and the air conditioning is noisy. It sounded like a washing machine was on all night. The TV was a small computer monitor. Not a hotel I would recommend.

Very comfortable hotel, easy access to centre by bus (15 mins) or foot (30 mins). Some nice cheap food nearby, 24-h pharmacy. Good wifi, good breakfast.

Outstanding value
We were very happy with this hotel. It's in a pleasant, very safe part of the city, maybe 20-minute walk from the beautiful city centre, and a similar walk to the spectacular science and culture park. The beach is a bit further but still walkable, but public transport is a very good option. The room was a good size and exceptionally quiet. It had a fridge, which was great.The a/c was not the best. The breakfast was very good, and all the staff were excellent. We felt the hotel was outstanding value. Valencia is a fantastic city - highly recommended for a 3 or 4 day break.

Parking is difficult but the area is fantastic, plenty to do and great restaurants. Great stop for the ferry to Ibeza. Nothing you can't find here in the area. Also great parks

Modest hotel; staff helpful, cheerful, engaging
This hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked. The staff on reception and in the breakfast room are all very friendly, helpful, cheerful and a credit to their hotel. The breakfast buffet is modest but perfectly enjoyable and maintained by enthusiastic ladies who are always smiling and chatting with customers. The reception staff are exceptionally pleasant and good humoured and made us feel very welcome. Very good value for money. The hotel is a little way out of the centre and about a 20 minute walk to Plaza de la Reina but there is a bus stop nearby and the beaches are easy to reach on the No 4 or 92.

Great location, very clean and very quiet. Due to the locations room can be horribly positioned, as in your window will look into a wall and it's like you're in a basement. Definitely recommended if room will only be used for sleeping.

the hotel staff are very rude. Restaurant staff left the kitchen door opened and performed the cleaning in the kitchen. The strong smell of cleaning the kitchen, dish washing, grease and odors affected customers sat besides the kitchen. The male and female restaurant staff ignored our concerns.

Great Little Hotel in Valencia
Hotel VillaCarlos is located outside of city center but an easy bus ride away. Staff were polite and spoke English, they had a very nice continental breakfast and there were lots of lower price restaurants in the neighborhood compared to city center. Hotel was very quiet which can be hard to find. No coffee in the lobby and no kettles in the rooms but they did have small refrigerators.

Great location overall, 20 minute walk to either the beach or to the old town center, staff was super friendly and helpful, always with a smile to greet you. Breakfast was also good, the only thing I would improve was the air conditioning which wasn’t working properly, overall, I will definitely go back to stay with them next time I’m in beautiful Valencia.

If you travel with only your backpack, on a budget, for one night, then this is Ok for you. The parking facility is about 6 blocks away, and they do not validate the ticket, which could run at about 24 Euros for 24 hours parking. Also, if you like to sleep in a sauna room, it is perfect for you. The facilities are not bad, as wel as the room was clean. Breakfast is light, but good. The reception staff was not really friendly, but in the restaurant were very helpful. I will not stay in this hotel again. Not sure if it is a 3 stars hotel. I will consider it to be a 2 stars.

The windy city
Stop off whilst travelling back to the UK. Had a day and and a half here. Nice compact old town area with plenty to see and loads of bars and restaurants. Our stay was only spoiled by the wind which was strong, persistent and cold. The Hotel is well situated with parking only a minutes walk away. Good breakfast, but expensive at 14€, discounted to 10€ for one day. Limited restaurant facilities in house, but loads outside. Generally, an excellent place to visit.

4 day mini break in mid February 2018
Firstly, Best feature was quietness of the hotel: asked for & was given a quiet room in the hotel on arrival as I am a light sleeper. Secondly the cleanliness of the room each day was top drawer; Thirdly buffet breakfast was excellent; some of the guests were eating sufficient amounts to get them through the entire day! Generally the hotel was excellent value and its location gave the option to retreat from the busy city, for more relaxed, restive periods of the day. Rating closer to 4 star than 3 star.

Great choice, fantastic value for money
Located to the east of the former Turia riverbed near the City of Arts and Culture, and some 15 minutes walk toward the port. A property that clearly succeeded our expectations where even if they advertise as a 3*, it feels more as a 4*. Very well maintained, clean and cosy, with friendly staff and the most important an extremely comfortable room, quiet and with good taste in the mobiliary. The breakfast was included with our rate and again, a nice deal with this. A choice of everything and good quality. Absolutely recommended to anyone for any length of stay.

Great little hotel in a good location. A bit old-fashioned and some people would consider it in need of some refurbishment but we loved it just as it was. Staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful.

A no frills hotel.
This hotel is located midway between the beach and the town centre. A half hour walk will take you to either or there is a good, cheap bus service nearby. The Turia is nearby with excellent walking or cycling along its entire route. Valencia is a great place to stay and the Spanish people are friendly and helpful. A little Spanish language is helpful although not necessary as most people speak a little English. Lots of cafes and bars wherever you go. The Central Market is a must with local produce on sale.

Good budget hotel - clean and with good position
Good stay, room as requested (with nice view but lots of noises from the street - teriblle window soundproofing). No balcony and no place to dry your towels. Beds are on wheels which cannot be blocked and this can be quite uncomfortable. Good safe size and quiet fridge. Overall ok for the rate.

Nice hotel close to city of arts and sciences.
Villacarlos hotel was in close proximity to La Mary restaurant-excellent food. 15 minute walk got to to the Valencia beaches and marina-spectacular. A block passed Villocarlos Hotel turn right and head toward the City of Arts and Sciences. Very convenient.
