“Location can't be beat!”
In spite of the excellent location smack next to the train station and within easy walking distance from the historical center, the rooms are very quiet. They are new, clean, and fashionable, as is the hotel, and the staff is super-friendly and efficient.
“Beautiful Hotel”
This a very modern hotel with all the amenities (and then some) for the pleasure and/or business travel. Much nicer than the typical European Hotel.
“Very good hotel close to the city center”
The hotel was very beautiful, new and clean. The city center is only a few minutes away.
“Best location, great hotel”
I really liked the hotel and it's location was very convenient to the metro and train station. Beds were comfy and room was completely sound proof to all the activity outside. The people at the desk were not real helpful about directions and definitely don't ask them where to eat. They sent us to an incredibly expensive place for the worse Paella ever - El Timone.
“Internet was not working”
During my 5 days stay in the hotel, the wireless internet was not working although the package included free wireless internet. The hotel kept saying that they will fix it, but they didn't.
“Convenient, well-designed.”
I used this hotel for my first stay in Valencia. The location was the main drawing point: you couldn't get any closer to the train station - about two minutes from my room to the platform. I was a bit concerned that might have meant a noise problem, but it didn't. The room was quiet, and featured an interior door to the sleeping area separate from the room door. The hotel was very clean and attractive, with a good breakfast area as well. I will certainly use this hotel again.
