An excellent base to explore ValenciaPosted Sep 23, 2013
Pros: Everything and all at a reasonable cost.
Location: You can walk to the old city and the football stadium. The beach, Biopark and the City of Arts and Sciences is a short bus or taxi ride away.
This is a clean and comfortable hotel that is within an easy walk of the main attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop swimming pool is a great place to relax at the end of the day. The metro, bus station and shopping mall are all a short walk from the hotel. There is an underground car park next to the hotel with lift access to reception. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold items.

Big spacious room, nice comfy chairs. Very nice pool. Not many restaurants on surrounding streets but some across the bridge.

A great 4 star hotel.Posted Aug 30, 2013
A great hotel. Spacious rooms friendly staff, really clean and the service is seamless. However apart from a shopping centre it's not really close to anything. A taxi to the old town is about 5€ and the beach 14€. If that doesn't bother you I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable hotel near old townPosted Aug 29, 2013
Pros: Clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. pool and roof terrace. helpful staff
Cons: breakfast was too expensive. the restaurant was closed in august.
Location: The old town is only a 5min walk away and has good restaurants, cathedral and scenic public squares. the old riverbed park runs right beside the hotel
The hotel staff were helpful and friendly and could speak English well. Situated beside the old river bed with all its parks and close to the old town, the hotel is in a good location for exploring Valencia. The metro station which connects to the beach is a couple of minutes walk away. We also walked to the Biopark comfortably. The pool area was quite small but is a good facility with a large rooftop terrace to relax on and a nice sauna. Bike hire was available from the hotel which we took advantage of and really enjoyed cycling along the park and cycle paths to the port and seaside. The restaurant was closed for the Spanish summer break while we were there (August) so there was limited service at the bar any time we went and there was no option to eat in the hotel other than pizza room service.

Great spot for short stayPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very nice hotel in a great convenient location only 5-10 min walk to Metro (Turia Station). Bathroom well supplied with shampoo, soaps, toothbrush, etc and daily replenish. My only minor quibble was that there was no staff for the rooftop bar unless requested. The odd time there was staff it was nice but a bit pricey for drinks (to be expected I guess).

Good HotelPosted Aug 25, 2013
Pros: The location, the pool and the cleanliness of the rooms.
Cons: Staff should be poolside because a lot of guests do not know how to behave. Its a swimming pool and not something to use for dive bombing.
Location: Large shopping centre next door, not far from IVAM and Turia park.
Third year on the run we have stayed here so no complaints. Good location, next door to the bus station and large shopping centre that has good priced bars and places to eat. 20 minute walk into the centre of town. Nice terrace on the top and a good swimming pool too. Decent sized rooms which were very clean.

good hotel, staff could be more knowledgeablePosted Aug 14, 2013
Pros: The spa
Cons: Recommendations from staff for dinner
Location: In what I could only describe as Beirut (which is all of Granada)
The hotel was a stop off to break up the Journey between Seville and Valencia, it is a nice modern hotel with a great spa facility. Unfortunately the staff were not helpful with their local knowledge of alternative places to eat near by opting to promote their own restaurant when we really wanted to see the town. They also believed that it was cheaper to pay two $10 taxies to get to and from Alhambra than to use the car park at the site.

Friendly Staff & Clean hotelPosted Aug 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel gave us everything we required from a Valencia base; hangy parking and a pool. Located beside Turic Park we hired bikes for €10 p/day and toured Valencia by bike using the citys bike map map. Very enjoyable trip.
