LIKED - Clean Rooms, Bed Sizes, Kettle, WiFi, Wide range of Breakfast although did get very busy at times. DISLIKED - Basin plug didnt hold water, Banging Noise at all times of the night from Drinks machine dropping when on ground floor, Air Con didnt work on final night/morning, 10 minute wait to collect cases from storeroom due to only one receptionist.

Awesome breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Grounds were great. Hall way of floor #1 smelt like piss for 3/4 days we were there. Disgusting. Service at bar was super slow. When you leave your room for the day the hydro is cut off which means your fridge is shut off. What is the use having a fridge if it is off from 8am - 6pm??? Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. No face clothes in room. No tissues in room. Come on ….,, you can get the basics right please.

Fab place to stay
I usually stay with my daughter but this time I was with a friend. This is a fabulous hotel. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, the service is good, as is the food (breakfast). It is also in an ideal spot, halfway between the beach and the centre of town. Besides the garden at the front there is a quadrangle in the centre for eading, eating, drinking and meeting friends. Would certainly recommend it and, if necessary stay there again

A great property. Staff were great and the outdoor areas were fantastic. Rooms are clean and modern. Parking is available on site, which is a plus. Definitely would recommend.

Property in a good location and check in process easy. However, breakfast buffet is not open late enough. The big issues were the air conditioning in the room was not strong. The worst issue was last night at 4am the floor we were on flooded and I awoke the to national police banging on my door. My room had a gigantic puddle of water and I lost valuable hours of sleep. And to top it off the staff at check out didn’t even apologize. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

The property was great and the rooms very comfortable. The air conditioner doesn’t work unless you activate it with the room key which takes a while sometimes if you’ve been out all day.

Comfortable bed. Room and bathroom too small for more than a few nights. Communal lobby area not great but good bar. Handy for Ayora metro station and airport. Quite close to the Agora and Science areas. Equidistant between the city and the beach.

Very friendly staff and a good selection for breakfast. However the Valencia part of our trip was almost ruined by this hotel. Aside from not being in the best location and being way more basic and worn out than you'd expect from a 4-star hotel, the main issue was the AC did nothing at all. I didn't complain at the time because I thought the issue was that it just couldn't go any lower than 19 degrees - however the hotel we went to after this (which was 3-star and so much nicer) also had it limited to 19 degrees and that was delightfully cool. This meant the room was unbearably hot and we had no where to cool down and escape the summer heat. Miserable.

Great city centre stay
The superior rooms were modern and comfortable, a bit on the small size but equipped with A/C and a small fridge. Window which was overlooked by people sitting in the courtyard nice bathroom with spacious shower. Limited food available on the day we arrived. Hired bikes for 3 days from the hotel, these weren’t in the best condition and in need of more regular maintenance.Hotel in good location equidistant from beach to science museum and city centre. Lots of shopping and food options close by.

Adequate for a short stay but very average.
The hotel is adequate but things you get in most other cheaper hotels weren’t available like coffee or tea making facilities in the room. The decor is dated and needs refurbishing in my opinion. It’s all dark wood and laminate flooring. Staff were excellent though.

For the first 36 hours the Wifi was completely down. They should've prioritized fixing this sooner as some guests rely on the Wifi that was promised for remote working. My room smelled of cigarette smoke every time I walked in yet I believe this is a smoke-free hotel. Not sure who was smoking but it came through the vents into my room very potently. They should have a deposit for beach towels instead of charging guests by the day.

They give us a very bad room, very old and with bad odor, then we have to ask for a better room and they charge us 30 euros more for each night for a better room. Very bad experiencie. The beds are from Ikea and they said are a 4 star hotel, incredible. The good thing, they have a good breakfast.

The checkin hotel is much smaller than other hotels nearby which gives it a much more personal and friendly feel. The rooms are adequate and clean. The staff recognise you and greet you in a friendly way. There are hire bikes on site which is very useful. The hotel is well situated for going to the beach or the city centre and the science park. The bar although lovely doesnt open until 4pm which is the only place you can get food and drink and the menu is limited.

A great place very comfortable large, clean room. Easy access. Lots of close places to eat. A long walk to the beach or city but we did both. Staff were pleasant but not knowledgeable about things to do or see. Good breakfast in attractive room. We only speak English language and this created some difficulties in asking for assistance.

By far not a 4 star hotel
The hotel is far from being a 4 star (just enough to be a 3 star hotel but definitely no more). I had book a double room but I was given not only a room with 3 single bed but on top one without any day light (there was a roof window which was covered with dark paint so no light would come in). I was told that the types of room/bed was only on the basis of availability (which was not at all indicated while booking, so they should make it clear). The bathroom was really average (rather old), bed not comfortable. Would not really recommended.

on sunday night the bar was no staff the manager did not come in to sort it just put a notice up saying closed so there was no food at the hotel and you couldn't get a drink this was supposed to be a 4 star hotel

I liked that they had air conditioning in the room which was great as I was not use to the heat. Have a bike rental service in the hotel which is great for travelling around the city and to the beach

Rooms were small, but clean no sign for no service needed. Looked out close to apartments they could look in. Bathroom door bottom water cracked some mold. In neighborhood nothing around wouldn't go out after dark

This is a beautiful hotel, situated a 10 minute bus journey from the city centre, and a 20 minute walk from the harbour and beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the inner courtyard is very peaceful. It's a shame that the doors to the inner courtyard were often locked until 4.00pm (although are meant to open from 10.00am) and that, after breakfast finished, there was nowhere to get a drink in the hotel until the bar opened. Still,lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, serving good quality food and drinks. Would certainly stay here again.
